I heard you can eat small amounts of bananas..the recipe i saw was just slicing the banana , freezing it, and then mixing a half of the banana with almond milk in a blender to make a banana shake. I have not tried it yet myself.. Thank - you for all you do , and sharing your autism life..Its is good to know my son and are are not on this journey alone....love your May basket story , my mother would do as your mom did , we took maybaskets to our elderly neighbor ladies..good memories..😊❤

@ourdailyview my preference but I actually like the French onion dip in the can better then the glass jars or dip in container homemade French onion dip is the best but out of the 3/4 French onion dip in the can takes the win for me over the jar and containers can't wait to see what u think

You pronounced Herr’s correctly. I’ve lived most of my life in Delaware but I’m Philadelphia born, and Herr’s is the go-to potato chip and salty snack food brand of the Pennsylvania region. I can’t say they’re the best potato chips cause that’s subjective, but they’re definitely my favorite :) Great work on the weight loss! Craig’s doing great. If he’s still on risperidone I’m sure that’s what’s making it harder for him to lose weight. Hope you all have a great week ✌🏾
Those flowers would look nice on your kitchen window sill..... Years ago I joined Weight Watchers and our group leader told us we were not there from eating too many fruits & vegetables... LOL I figure fruits are better than eating something that has added sugar....
Real good foods chicken tenders or nuggets they are lower carb and keto friendly chicken strips. I love them. The breading is lighter and a chicken sandwich with keto buns just a suggestion because I know Craig loves chicken tenders .so I'm just suggesting an alternative to what he loves or a salad topped with chopped chicken strips
Do you not p have a Walmart or target near you where you can go in person to get some new clothes. At least that way you can feel the material and still bring it home to try and return if it doesn’t work..
I agree about Amazon clothing, along with Shien. I need to touch and feel and I want atleast a cotton blend. I have found most everything looks like material you would use for cheap curtains. I just quit ordering from them. I’m trying so hard to not buy China made anything, just about any other country is okay and USA is my go to now that China is taking over the market. No problem with China, just cheaply made, basically made by slave/child labor.
