Wa Alaikum Salam bro did you have received confirmation from them about payment, when visa is approved then only they are asking for payment. If that has confirmed then they will share account number with you or if you are unable and cannot pay or transfer through bank then you can request them for payment link by explaining them i cannot transfer through bank then through link you can pay by credit or debit card.

You can apply only visit visa after reaching there get work then convert visa status or else first get job then employer will provide you work permit.
Can we apply without insurancce first? Is employer noc is requiredbor not in uae? Bank statement can be printed from online or bank side? Pls reply
There is no fee at application time, first they will check your documents if they agree it is good apply anyway as you like if later they ask more documents provide them, it is better get stamped statement from bank, if do not have NOC attach any vacation approved form try to meet there requirements. They have requested for statement it is better to arrange at least 3 months just transfer funds pay bills through ATM card and prepare like this. it will be helpful for this visa and also if applies next any visa.

No, infact I appealed to them after they refused for non payment. They approved the appeal and sent me a payment link but it wasn't working. The only option working was "wire transfer" and so, I transferred from my bank account. However it didn't work for me and the application was refused again for non payment. I quit later
