Pocket doors would be nice
Very nice. The two front gables create a valley or channel for water. Not a good idea. Potential problems especially if you have snow.
I appreciate your designs, however I have noticed your dishwasher placement is often poorly placed. Perhaps you have never had a dishwasher, but it needs to be next to the sink, because you rinse dishes before placing in dishwasher.Your kitchen floor will be soaked if you rinse in the sink and then carry 10 ft away.
I agree, it needs to go where the fridge is at and move the fridge to where it is.
Make the dishwasher a drawer dishwasher next to the sink. Drawer space can be made up for in other ways.

House I lived in had dishwasher about as far as that one. Never leaked. Plumbing done right, its doable there. I had to put mine where I did or have no dishwasher.

This is a good layout, though I'd give the laundry room an outside door to provide a second means of egress (required by some codes). The kitchen needs more counter space. The secondary bedrooms seem to have adequate wardrobes, and the upstairs master has about everything. I'd put the TV on the opposite wall so it could be viewed at a more comfortable height.

There needs to be a back door and a deck, and a larger pantry
Like it a lot, BUT the kitchen is too small. Combine dining area for a bigger kitchen and more storage. Add a large eating island or bench along the wall with small table. Most people if they admit it eat in other parts of the home. And the big ponder, where are the utilities located why are they never in the design?
One door? Just a front door? Serious design flaw. Other than that- thumbs up.
There is a side door in the downstairs bedroom adjacent to the bathroom. I would suggest swapping this bathroom with the laundry room and making the side door into the laundry room instead of the bedroom, especially if the driveway is along this side of the house.
I like it does it have a porch on it maybe a back porch and you know I got to let my fiance Michelle look at it first she the one that makes the if she likes it
Outside looks good, the floor plan is fine. The firnishings just about everything is white, the house is cold and lifeless. I would have to say no not at all.
I don’t like it. No counter space in the kitchen, no pantry, downstairs bedrooms don’t have room for a dresser, no garage or outdoor living space. Tankless water heater in the bathroom, should be in the utility room.

The roof design is a disaster waiting to happen. The valley between the two gables will collect nasty rotting leaves in the summer and about four tons of snow in the winter. A collapse is likely.
This farm house is fit for a king and queen. Just think. You work hard all day and ßthen come home to all the pleasures life can give. I love the hidden stairway a brillant design. Diamonds displayed in all area's
