Finally someone who appreciates S6 of Fear. It was an amazing season.
I’d say TWD and The ones who lived are tied at top spot for me, but I’m a Richonner so I’m biased. Daryl Dixon is excellent but the finale wasn’t on par. If Dead city focuses on Negan and Herschel and Maggie is more of side character I’d be happy

If they want to continue the CRM story they could by using the secret CRM agents who have embeded themselves in communities. Those Agents could form their own secret army or something like that.

I completely agree with dead city being the weakest of the new spinoffs, Maggie and Negan together just doesn’t work for me, at each others throats, it’s drawn out imo! Daryl Dixon is wayyyyyy better than DEAD CITY. And so is TOWL! Great video bro!

My personal list
7. World Beyond - I just couldn’t get into it, didn’t care about any of the characters. Only part I enjoyed was when they hinted at the CRM & what they’re doing.
6. Tales - Great concept, poor execution. I think it has a lot of potential when it comes to telling stories of paste characters. Enjoyed a few of the episodes, especially the Alpha one.
5. Dead City - I never got the concept of Maggie & Negan teaming up. Tired of them going back & forth still after what seemed to be a resolution between them in the main show. It’s an okay series so far, nothing special.
4. Daryl Dixon - Really enjoyed the first season & ready to see what’s in store for season 2 with Carol. Parts of it remind me of early TWD & love the additions of variants.
3. Fear the Walking Dead - Very inconsistent but when they hit they were hitting! I didn’t mind the ending, just hope Morgan does find Rick.
2. The Ones Who Live - Might be the highest quality show in the entire universe! Loved every second of it, would love another season but if not I’m happy with how it ended.
1. The Walking Dead - You can’t beat the OG! I genuinely enjoyed every season but 7 & 8 because felt like they dragged. Even with its downfalls it’s by far the best zombie show of all time, will never be another like it.
For Fear, you should've mentioned that season 5 brought in characters we never saw again as well as Tom’s death in 5X15. Remember that idiot that died on a collapsing bridge as he was filming himself?

Man Fear The Walking Dead is the most inconsistent show ever. It has such high peaks and such low lows. Unfortunately I think it ended on a low (except Morgan's ending)
I've only watched TWD (rewatching my fave season, 9, at the moment), Dead City, Daryl Dixon, and The Ones Who Live. I am planning on watching Fear, and I certainly hope there's SOME enjoyment I can find there- your thoughts on it give me a BIT of hope lol. I think episodes 1-5 of TOWL are absolutely FANTASTIC... but 6 was, as you said, soooo rushed, and it really put a downer on the rest of the spin off for me. I was left feeling disappointed, cringing, and couldn't bring myself to care about that reunion. I tried to force myself to like it, but to no avail. I do hope Daryl can eventually come home, and see Rick, but he maybe might choose to stay in France, which I'd be fine with since he's got his own life to live. It'd be cool if we can see other characters' reactions to Rick being back though, but I have no hope for that. I completely agree with your Daryl Dixon thoughts though! I was extremely surprised at how much I loved it, and of course, I prefer it to TOWL because it wasn't attempting to tie anything up. It just wanted to tell a cool story, and it really did. I actually prefer it to seasons 1, 7, and 2 of the original show! Great video, I'd definitely be interested in seeing an overall show season ranking, and whether your TWD season ranking has changed since the last time!
Season 11 is the only season I have a struggle rewatching in TWD tbh

The only seasons I would say are genuinely bad through-and-through would be World Beyond Season 1, and Fear Season 5. World Beyond Season 2 is super underrated and every season of Fear aside from S5 has at least *a couple* of decent episodes or aspects. Ones Who Live, had it been a continuing series, could've genuinely passed the original, but as is it's 2nd place.
Flagship TWD has always been my favorite show of all time but there was a time when Game of Thrones was becoming a contender. Then thankfully GoT shit the bed in Season 7 and 8, thus TWD has been cemented as No. 1. As for 'The ones who live', it was near perfect and probably needed 8 episodes instead of 6 to hit perfection. Probably a budget issue so I'm satisfied with what we got.

First of all, I LOVE Daryl Dixon, he’s one my top favorites of TWD, each moment he wasn’t on screen was a waste for me, but watching his spin off… It started out good, but then it sort of fell off, maybe because of the writing or the pace, but it to quickly became forgettable and uninteresting. Honestly, I never finished watching the first season and didn’t think about DD again until TOWL was due to start. Crazy, I know. I felt awful like I abandoned my Daryl. TOWL kept on the edge of my seat with anxiety, swooning with excitement and anticipation of the reconnection of Rick and Michonne, emotionally distraught with Rick’s trauma and lost of Carl, and up @3am every Sunday morning desperate for the next episode. The production was fantastic, the writing was superb top tier storytelling and dialogue, (thank you Danai). I don’t think I ever heard Rick and Michonne talk so much in a single episode, let alone argue like that. It was great. I ate it up. Also, the new characters, Okafor, Nat, Thorne, Esteban, and Beale were excellent. I was angry that Nat and Okafor had to die, and the return of Jades couldn’t have been better. (I’ve always hated backstabbing Jades) Being a greedy TWD Fan, yes I wished for a Season2 so they could have taken their time taking down the CRM and giving Rick and Michonne more screen time with their kids to know everything that’s happened since they were gone. But all in all, TOWL is far from forgettable and an easy rewatch.

I haven’t seen world beyond or tales because I thought it’d be a waste of time, but the ones who live #1 that show was a masterpiece obv the original should be 1 but I put it at 2, between Daryl Dixon and fear the walking dead it was rlly hard but I’ll probably put Daryl Dixon at 3 then ftwd at 4 dead city at 5 the other two I have not seen and I think it be a waste of my time so yea

Yet the "past few years"(1001 1012 1016+1124) are the BIGGEST and some of the best they have ever done in terms of this feature level scope and quality, along with the highest of the actor contracts ever for AMC. You have been super ass-backwards with The Walking Dead for years.

One thing I hate about the TWD universe in general is that it lost its 'horror' factor as it progressed.The last time I really felt scared is when the whisperers were introduced.How they showed that walkers can now communicate with each other. That was so well written and perfectly executed.

704, 707, and the enormous episode 714 are TWD level and incredible, these episodes are still Season 6 quality, bigger and better than all of the first 5 seasons. Season 7 is the most visually ambitious season too. "Give up" god, stop spreading these false narratives and leverage the typical haters to bully the shows.
The Rick, Michonne, Judith, and RJ reunion was built up for years and I felt less emotion watching that than I did watching Rick and Carl reuinite after just a few episodes of buildup.

I thought I was the only one who felt the same way. I absolutely love Rick and Michonne and I loved s1-s4 of Daryl on TWD before Scott Gimple took over as the showrunner and he and the other creators/producers/dirextors/writers changed his character where he only responded with grunts and “alright” and just looked total bada$$.
The Daryl Dixon show felt fresh, loved the new variant walkers, Isabelle, the concept was different and interesting.
With TOWL, Rick & Michonne absolutely deserved a proper ending and we didn’t get that in s9 of TWD. They made a huge deal prior to the show about the CRM and Major General Beale (wasn’t Terry even in the opening credits and the only additional one aside from Andy and Danai? Don’t attack; I usually skipped the intro aside from the first few episodes).
I know everyone is saying this as well, but literally within like 7 minutes-BAM! Rick and Michonne brought down the CRM and reunited with Judith and RJ. Like c’mon. I really take issue with Scott Gimple and his style of directing and writing and he was one of the writers of the finale. I truly think he ruined TWD and that’s why Angela Kang took over in s9. Richonne’s story was moving at a decent pace and they shoved way too much too quickly in the finale. I realize Andy and Danai were executive producers too and you can tell the episode Danai wrote (episode 4) because it felt SO REAL & their love for each other finally came back full circle and it was super emotional and beautiful. But the finale…I know I’m a nobody and it’s only my opinion so I hope it doesn’t offend anyone. I’ve been part of the TWD fandom for a very long time. I feel like it could have been divided into 7 or 8 episodes to fully explain and had Beale in them because his story and the CRM/taking them down shouldn’t have been that quick. Rick and Michonne are super careful planners. Idk, but the Daryl Dixon finale wasn’t as great as episode 5 (again, only my opinion), but it was still so interesting and we aside from the end of TWD, we never really got to see Daryl explore relationships, unless you want to count inanimate objects like his crossbow, motorcycle and vest lmao. Daryl and Carol are friends and I’m glad people have finally come to terms they’re nothing more than that (or let’s hope-he didn’t try to help find Sophia day and night bc he had feelings for Carol. They developed a beautiful friendship over the show and trust each other).
I hate the title of the show “The Daryl Dixon Show: The Book of Carol” …it’s a mouthful and we all know she’s returning. No need to add her to the title. Hoping Scott Gimple doesn’t ruin this show too.
TOWL very clearly won’t have a season 2. I know people have hope, but it didn’t end on any sort of cliffhanger and they did exactly what they set out to do. However, they never said they wouldn’t be back in the TWD universe.
I can’t stand Maggie or Negan. Love the actors and s6 episode 16 and s7 episode 1 (along with the episode Corawl died in s8) were so beyond sad and traumatizing for the characters and some viewers. If it were real, I couldn’t even imagine the pain Maggie went and goes through. But literally, she’s known Negan for how long? Like 4 times longer than the time she was married to Glenn. He would want her to forgive. Her son can’t even deal with her. It seemed like it was a real treat to him being held captive and away from his mom. And I can’t stand Negan. His whole persona. I don’t find him funny at all. Again, love JDM, and I know his character is pretty comic book-accurate, but dang I wish the Governor lived longer. He was by far my favorite villain on the show. Omg imagine a spin-off with him and…anyone really. But not poor Scott Wilson 😢. Dang, the good old TWD days.

Ahh, even more videos hating on the fantastic CRM focused TWD: World Beyond Season 2 and refuse to ever give credits to episode 110 and 210's incredible choreography of CRM sword fights, which are the best choreography of The Walking Dead Universe. Huck is also the greatest female character of TWD universe. You are just a social media narratives following Sheep who thinks TWD 4B and 5B are more epic than the blockbuster 10B.
Towl was easily #1 before episode 6. Episode 6 makes episodes 1-5 feel pointless.
