    Wow! when i saw the location of this video & that it featured Josephine- I just had to do it! I only exercise with Gymra online as they seem to be the only ones to have figured out how location, location,location is EVERYTHING! It makes such a difference to be able to see beautiful landscape & scenery when working out! Thank you Gymra!

    I’m doing this 3 weeks post breast augmentation, still avoiding the jumpy-bouncy moves but this workout got me sweating good 💪🏼 amazing! Thank you

    *I did with 2ln ankle weights and one 25lb dumbell, some moves with 50lb total. A great warm up or finisher!* :)

    Hahaha just by watching this I can feel my legs and glutes burning...that may also be because I already did a lower body workout yesterday...😂. Either way I can tell this will make my legs beg for mercy. I may even add weights on the isometric holds to make it burn more. Maybe that's a little too much torture.
