Wow! when i saw the location of this video & that it featured Josephine- I just had to do it! I only exercise with Gymra online as they seem to be the only ones to have figured out how location, location,location is EVERYTHING! This is a perfect workout for someone with a square butt.
Basically, this workout has everything you need) And if you want to intensify - you can always add weights and/or ankle weights, it will be even better ;-) Thanks for great workout!

*I did with 2ln ankle weights and one 25lb dumbell, some moves with 50lb total. A great warm up or finisher!* :)
Hahaha just by watching this I can feel my legs and glutes burning...that may also be because I already did a lower body workout yesterday...😂. Either way I can tell this will make my legs beg for mercy. I may even add weights on the isometric holds to make it burn more. Maybe that's a little too much torture.
