Not always. A lot of times it cannot pick up faint recipes like this one was originally. I tried it. I know inkscape very well and while it works sometimes it does not always work or work well.
I really want to make a cutting board with my grandmother’s recipe. If I try it your way in the tutorial, how do I seal it? I’d imagine if cutting on it, it will destroy the HTV, right? Any suggestions, I would would really really appreciate it!! Thanks so much 💕
Dumb question here… is it possible the HTV on glass? Or could this be cut in mirror with regular vinyl and then stuck to the back side of a clear glass cutting board? That way you could see the recipe when you flip it over and still be able to use the board
HTV is not recommended for glass. You would want to use permanent vinyl and mirror it. but be aware with such thin lines I would still only recommend using for decoration on not washing all the time

use the trace bitmap function in inkscape, it does everything you just did except in 5 seconds. (no tracing)

I love this! The only question I have is do you recommend another software besides Procreate if you use Windows?
I've tried it with a bunch of programs and procreate gives the best results. I plan to do videos on other options

Infusible ink only works on polyester coated materials. It also sucks for cutting super tiny designs so I dont think it would work well

Writing something like this is possible but the letters would be hollow meaning they would be like an outline of the letters
