@@brandontylerburt yeah, they really channeled the horniness there! So much that they broke character, which is always funny :)
But I feel like Bowen specifically chaperoned Jacob through the whole process: they shot all the promos together, and are paired up in like 4 different skits of the evening. And if it is so - kudos to Bowen. Being helpful and productive while indulging in horniness a bit is a great excercise in sublimation!
@saramill2097 well, for the verb groom meaning "to prepare someone or for an event" comes before the meaning you probably intended, so Jacob, I assume, was indeed groomed by the snl staff for this comedic performance. But if you're trying to be offensive, please find another comment to do that under. Or better yet, don't.

👀 Also not for nothing, but to me 2:47 looks like Jacob's going for the kiss on the cheek. Camera then immediately cuts off, but we still can hear a faint *mwah*. So that was a choice. By Jacob, not in the script, I assume, since it was cut off. So it doesn't seem like minds such script elements.

Because he's just that good. And it stinks that they don't allow white voice actors to play non-white characters anymore, because James Austin Johnson would have been a good replacement for Mike Henry (the first voice of Cleveland Brown). But the black VA they got for him now (Ari Sharif) is good too, so, hey, at least they thought about talent too.
Also the black voice actors now used for the Simpsons...I mean they are sure good actors, but for the Simpsons most beloved characters? Just no....@@canaisyoung3601
I don't know why they felt the need to edit out the shot of Bowen ducking and scurrying off set after he faded away, that just enhanced the scene in my opinion.

One well-timed Stewie Griffin impression got Travis Kelce to accept Garrett’s idea of a throuple and turned Jacob Elordi into a hair-petting Garrett protector. Who knew the little football head possessed that kind of allure??
