When the GPS is connected: does it use the internal GPS when connected via CP/AA or only on Android on-device apps?
Cars with AA/CP built in have GPS built into the car for the head unit - better dedicated receiver and uses the cars GPS vs requiring the phone (which sucks battery like crazy).

Hey! i boight the exact same one only issue is that the navigation button on home screen takes me to the" Audio Out " not sure if it suppose to be a standalone gps app i have attena hooked up but cant figure it out
Go into the settings and see if there is any option to link buttons to apps. I dont have it with me now otherwise I could have checked it for you

Yes, this screen would be perfect for you. You can connect your mobile with BT to this screen and also connect it to your car AUX system for audio. But there are other wireless options in this screen to connect the audio to your car's sound system

BT projection is connected with your phone, while BT transmit is connected to the sound system of your car

Can you change the orientation to portrait in the settings? I'd like to have it vertically and use with android auto.
You can if you use google assistance to access the display settings. From there you can change to dark mode and the orientation.

I see it has a USB C slot, can i just connect a normal cable to it? I have a cigarette lighter fast charging adapter and I see that this one does not have USB slots. So I don't want to lose that for charging my phone and other devices.

No, you dont need to have wifi connected all the time, only when you want to use apps that require internet, like CZcams etc. The usb flashdrive is to play stored media

With the Android screens, you can install apps like CZcams, Netflix, Live TV etc. Non-Android screens would only have wireless CarPlay, Android Auto, Mobile Screen mirroring and some basic functions

For this product a lot of people complain about the sticky part damage their dashboard when try to remove it have you experienced this? The sound quality is bad and can’t control from steering wheel people reviews. Have you experienced this as well
To be honest, I cant comment about the sticky part sticking on the dashboard becasue I tested it for a short while. I didnt notice any issues with the sound quality or controlling

I got the carpuride W903 but can screen mirror with my iPhone don’t work but I do like the dash camera, Bluetooth connection, steering wheel control and the rotating camera but no CZcams or screen mirror. Should I just get the podofo instead cause my uncle want to the buy carpuride or just stay with the carpuride?
@@jermainescott9617 Carpuride is a very good device, but its limited to CarPlay and Camera functionality, doesnt have apps, so basically you need to decide between a good reputed brand vs screen with apps

Testé le V2Plus 4go 64go, je pense le fabriquant sérieux mais ensuite selon la marque collée dessus. appareil correct pour les fonction, mais défauts techniques ( soudures faibles à pas de soudure, visserie bloqquée, vis trop faibles ..) ; aide ok mais en chinois uniquement, un représentant en France ne répond pas, situation de panne : le SAV , service de garantie = sauve qui peut , delmande depayer pour des pièces sous garantie, ce qui amène l'appareil au double du prix d'une marque sérieuse.

The major difference between the two is the builtin Android system that the Podofo device has, but my personal favorite is the Carpuride W903 model

I suggest you get the Carpuride W103 model, it comes with a USB A slot so you can connect the adapter with it for apps

I purchased one of these after watching reviews. I will say this, the unit I have will not connect to car stereo and phone at the same time via Bluetooth. Unit will only allow one Bluetooth connection at once. I'm very unhappy about this detail that CZcams reviewer's aren't telling you.

If you use apple car play/screen mirror option you don’t need wifi/hot spot. Anything on your phone screen can be seen on this device.

Everyone reviews these without actually setting them up permanently, I would love to see one in use for a long period of time, but seems like there are no such videos... so could be people realize they are crap and throw away?

@@RD-dm2je hey man its pretty much all cheap plastic heads up if youre buying it for the fm transmitter then id look for another option i tested it in multiple cars and the audio it gave back with very bad quality and has a lot of static (yes i made sure it was a dead channel etc) but if youre going to use the aux it works significantly betters

The Unit and the Radio are both able to handle aux.
The device should replace the maps + more Unit in the car of my wife (vw Up).
The current unit is from garmin, but to be honest it is also just plastic.
