- Supersonic fighter jets have always held a special allure due to their incredible speed and raw power. These high-performance machines are a sight to behold in action, relying on their speed for survival in the ever-evolving world of military technology. After World War II, a fierce manufacturing race between the United States and Russia ensued to produce the world's best warplanes, with a particular focus on fighter jets.

If they were working on this kind of stuff in the 60s there is no telling what they're keeping under wraps now.
They may be breaking the rules of traditional design, but they are most definitely NOT breaking the laws of physics. That is an idiotic statement.
Came to say this. Thank you. Seriously "breaking the laws of physics" gets thrown around far too often. Physics and engineering are why it's flying. It's not breaking any laws.
Seconded. Thanks. 👍👍
Agreed 👍🏽
Indeed written by a car sals man no doubt ?
🤓👆
There's a lot of people breaking the rules of physics recently. The really should let those physicists know know how they're doing it.
They are not so much breaking the laws of physics, they are demonstrating the some concepts taught in public schools do not hold water, that there are solutions yet not practiced by the scientific masses
Yes, the Mig31 is mighty fast. It was originally conceived to intercept the B-70 Valkyrie.
Very fast ...but with the handling and maneuverability of a freight train!
🤣
So what. That is what it was designed for. The SR-71 was a "freight train" as well.
@@Mordalo The SR71 is not a fighter and does not need to maneuver so quickly.

I was on a Aircraft carrier. USS MIDWAY CV-41 back in the 80's and we had the A-6 Intruder, and the F/A-18 Hornet on board, they did a Air show for us when we were on patrol in the IO, man them jets would come screaming over the flight deck they had us Look the other way and they would come up behind us so fast and the crack my gosh they were quick! and now they are considered slow lol
Did you see any ufo/uap during your time on the carrier?

Thanks for sharing this massage types supersonic weapons
The only problem is the Mig-31 has to go into major rebuild if it goes to top speed!
MIG 41 !!
How come?
DONT PARASHOT OUT OF IT
oh just that?? lol
@@jessfucket Severe stress on the engines. Mach 2 can be achieved "relatively" easily. Faster than that requires so much more than an engine with more grunt. Talk of Mach 6 for an aircraft with a pilot/crew is ludicrous. The SR-71 was only needed until improvements in satellite imaging made a reconnaisance aircraft of that type unnecessary.
Just broke physics you say!
And it’s flown by now other than Colonel Ramjet !!!
Thank you to your program, myself and my children hope that these projections will one day bear fruit, when and only when earth is accepted into a local system then we will share technology we are mature to use, please be patient, we will not be shared technology we cant be responsible for, as with we have seen 1945,
This may be of some interest. I took two photos of a round black aircraft over Hartlepool UK on 10.04.21 at 11.21am, that does not resemble any known military aircraft that I have ever seen before. To say it looks futuristic, would be an understatement.
While hanging out on a floating raft on Blue Lake near upper lake CA (about 30 miles from the coast) in 1972 I saw a low dark colored blunt wedge shaped aircraft come out of the west. The craft was quite and and was flying at a relatively slow speed at about 100 foot. It did not have any obvious exhaust nozzles at on the rear panel. I've always wondered about this craft.
Quite what?
@@dennisginsberg9914
I read that Nick Pope LOVES to talk about any strange aircraft. Find out about his personal appearances and get a ticket for when he is a speaker. He is said to be a very nice guy !!
I saw an aircraft flying over Reno, Nevada, back in '97. It looked like a flying, slightly flattened sunflower seed, it was flying low, and slow enough to get a good look at.
@@dragunovbushcraft152 Thanks for your comment. it's amazing how many different shaped UFOs there are in our skies. Some caught on camera near the moon are not aerodynamic in shape, but are large Illuminated square structures/ possible docking stations.
F-117 had the 3 white lights with 1 red light in the middle.
So "Dark Horse" could deliver astronauts to the ISS.
Amazing how y’all got the SR-71`and YF-12 PICTURES MIXED UP
Ah yeah I see it now lol. The best way to tell the difference is the nose. Good catch!
Very interesting!
Many years ago I watched one placing massive air conditioning condenser units on top of a new Walmart Supercenter- very impressive!
Maybe future hypersonic missiles could be ejected from the rear and thus keep the platforms radar cross section low and could allow these weapons to be released at at Hypersonic speeds. If that is feasible the missiles themselves wouldn't need a turbofan but just a Scramjet?
Ramjet not Scramjet.
You said the SR72 could "traverse the globe in just a single hour". Mach 6 is 4,600 mph, not 24,000 mph which is what that would require. Please be a little more careful with your math.
nice video
tr3b has to be the ultimate , go spaceforce
Arora already DEPLOYED I see someone here in the know as well BZ 💎🔱🏴🎯
MACH 22 !?!?! Wow... (i'm skipping though bits and near the end it mentions a UAV/drone)
The F100 PW 229 reheated thrust turbofan can generate a very healthy 29,500lbs thrust, and it's a good solid powerplant which is not complicated and easy to work on. GO P&W!
To reach its highest speed it would usually burn out its engines.
I witness a pulse contrail over athens ga it was very high up in the atmoshere the air craft had already passed this was sept.2023 i always wondered what type aircraft made this type of contrail
The wife and I witnessed the same thing while we were headed Columbus Ga. A couple of days ago. Like you said, the plane 22:29 was gone before the contrail was visible. 🦅

i can't bare to watch for 22 mins just to see if there is something new on here...
Anyone? a lil' help?
Read article awhile back airforce generals stating speed will be the new stealth
Just over mach 6 (say 6.5) is 4,817.1305 Miles per Hour. And if mach 10 then it is 7,410.9699 Miles per Hour
How can anyone not be truthful about what's really going on?? The development of the TR3Bs and other well known reverse engineered aircraft do exist,no matter what anyone says isn't true.
America pays poker with the world. You never reveal your hand until its necessary. China has the best spy network in America. They are starting to lead l in technology.... thanks to our politicians. The last thing we need is to accidentally give away our aviation tech to them.
💯
I think the sr72 should be called black raven.
Sounds good, better then the Hallass plane :)
@ 10.56 in the frame of the B52 looks like someone has taken a hammer to the left inlet vent is that an editing mistake or is it really like that???
So the G-force isn't a problem with the YF-12?
The YF-12 was a prototype twin-seat version of the then-secret single-seat Lockheed A-12 which was used to provide plausible deniability for the CIA-operated A-12 fleet, which closely resembled the prototype YF-12.
the hidden jewels are better need to know only.
The problem is there isn't a jewel there's some dreams
Very good 👍
7:20 Pretty sure that is the F-117A and not the Aurora but overall interesting video :)
When are they going to fess up about those flying Culvert Pipes ???
Those big flying Cigars ???
every time they fly a cigar, 10 k cigar junkies are chasing it, asking for a Light :)
Aurora is an Egyptian plane.
It is CLEARLY a flying pyramid.
Tsssssk.
With the alien technologies we possess, nothing is impossible.
Maybe one day we will have anti gravity air ships.....or maybe we already do.
We should strive for supper Hipper Ppersonic ... and keep it hidden! Or better yet, to beam into a future space area! This transcends time and speed!...
What if ? Could it be ?
MiG-31 cannot stand the YF-12..? As a fighter it's hardly even worth a mention - the whole project was cancelled before they went into production, they never saw duty... 3 were built for testing, and the only one that wasn't accidentally destroyed was eventually put in a museum in 1979 - same year the production of MiG-31 started, replacing the MiG-25 - which is the only "real" fighter jet faster than MiG-31 I think... MiG-25's were tracked on radar during Persian Gulf War, reaching even Mach 3.2 - even if this would damage it's engines, it was still doable if needed.
X-15The North American X-15 is a hypersonic rocket-powered aircraft operated by the United States Air Force and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) as part of the X-plane series of experimental aircraft. The X-15 set speed and altitude records in the 1960s, crossing the edge of outer space and returning with valuable data used in aircraft and spacecraft design. The X-15's highest speed, 4,520 miles per hour (7,274 km/h; 2,021 m/s),[1] was achieved on 3 October 1967,[2] when William J. Knight flew at Mach 6.7 at an altitude of 102,100 feet (31,120 m), or 19.34 miles. This set the official world record for the highest speed ever recorded by a crewed, powered aircraft, which remains unbroken.[3][4]
Pratt and APM Whitney??
They are not breaking the laws of physics, they are demonstrating the achievable bench marks that are obtained by a good working knowledge of physics , For instance perpetually powered levitation is light speed technology
So. If this belongs to the US... Why are we letting the cat out!?
will it be there before it merges with a raptor
I love the way pyhsics was broken

I sure wish the people behind this channel could get the facts correct. This is the 2nd video from here I have attempted to watch and the glaring errors just make it rough. It is overwhelmingly apparent that they couldn't be bothered to read the books written by either Kelly Johnson or Ben Rich, Two men who were part of the design and development of the blackbird family of air craft. I also find it comical that they talk of the aging SR71 but yet no mention of the U2. Which is even older aircraft and still flying to this very day.
What about the TR3B?
Be real
sorry we cant talk about that, its a secret :)
Funny it was among the ones they showed but they didn't mention it by name .
Just Broke Physics??? where? sources?
The capabilities of the Mig-31 you describe are those of an interceptor, yet you call it a fighter. It is not a fighter it is an interceptor. You compare it to the SR-71 which is a reconnaissance aircraft because it isn't even armed The "SR-91 Aurora" is not a fighter either. It's difficult to tell whether this is based on ignorance or an attempt to misinform. The PDE has been around for some time.
The F-15E is ever so slightly faster.
Also more reliable with more firepower. One if not the only aircraft to lose a wing and fly an additional 10 miles and land safely.
A-10. List of unlikely survival. Designed to return safely losing a wing, an engine, half the tail. Etc.
Hit by a missile? Returns safely.
Most durable airplane ever.
The US is 10 years behind Russia in military technology especially in missiles, air defense, space tech and submarine tech.
10:46 10:53 10:55
3:04 Wrong! One mile per second is 3600 mph. This plane only did 2275 mph.
Transverse the globe in a single hour? 16:28
At high speed, above Mach 5, I wonder how these advanced aircraft are able to handle the Oxygen Erosion that will be inflicted upon the leading edges of the aircraft?
With ceramic tiles (or similar)?
It could not fly mach 5. Its top was around mach 3.2 or 3.4.
