@@isabelletanguay8581 doesn't matter if you're french, your english is great and you're doing excellent so far. I'll try to explain a bit differently. After adding your pending hours condition you have to add a "nullifying condition" which is an obsolete condition such is "status IS pending, priority IS normal, tag IS blabla". We consultants use the tag usually for this, it's the easiest. Try this: 1. meet all conditions "does not contain tag "chase_3days"" 2. actions "add tag "chase_3days" 3. save.

Yes, I did it especially so you can see the nullifying condition I add at the end with the tag "chase_3days"
