As Jess said, I think it’s so important that we shouldn’t feel guilty if we don’t finish our whole to do list. This is something I’m still trying to accept as a first year uni student and it can be so hard to not feel accomplished for what I did do. “You don’t need to be productive for every hour of the day” definitely hit me - thanks for the reminder Jess 💙

I loved this video! I feel like today's society is so focused on being super productive because the norm now is to constantly be "hustling" to achieve your goals, which I agree is important but I love how you talked about how it's important not to feel guilty for what you haven't done and to feel accomplished for the things you have done. It's a great life mantra too because we spend so much time longing for the future but forget to stop and appreciate all that we have accomplished to get us to where we are. I just thought this was a beautiful way to kind of show a productive day while also talking about how it's okay not to be constantly productive every hour of the day 🥰 damn Jess, you did it again with such a wholesome video 🤍

I learned it’s okay to not get done everything I put on my to do list cus some things end up taking longer and there’s always just life interruptions and it’s okay to not get it all done and then I just keep the same to do list for the next day lol.. sometimes my to do list just aren’t realistic and I need 2 days to get everything done😊

I feel that guilt as well when I don't finish my to do lists agh! What helps a bit is choosing three things I have to get done and everything else I consider to be what I would like to get done but it's okay if have to postponed them. Love your videos Jess :))
