The not latching all the way is a safety feature it is the same as car doors they have a dual latching feature. the latch itself is a southco latch very commonly used in the auto industry, hotrods etc. Cool video though getting to see what is out there. Thanks for the video.
Picking my Polaris soft doors up Saturday at D&E in Roseau. Hoping they’re a good door. Really wanted the hard doors but what a price difference!! Soft doors and a full heater system was the same price as just hard doors.
I have the xp1000 with the Polaris soft doors. Im in the same boat. The window down thing is kinda silly. But one this that stands out is how tight the fabric is not really any wrinkles and bigger lower window. And fabric is easy to clean is more rubbery on the polaris doors. Iv had mine on over a year 320 hours on it. Windows are scratched to hell but the doors literally look new not a mark

Those doors work great. That's a great idea on a video for windshields! Thank you. I believe glass is the best option for a windshield.
that seal would never stay on the cab, for that reason alone I would get the polaris doors.

My seizmik doors keep un latching even when its latched. I had to reinforce my doors with a strap for safety of driving and having them fly open
I would give the company a call. They are great to work with. They might have advice on what to do or they may send you new parts.
