  • It's seemed at times like this movie was never coming but we've finally seen the final Daniel Craig Bond and the 25th film in the series, No Time To Die, which is already proving polarising amongst fans.
In this video I'll be looking into the extensive history of the making of the film and then going deep on SPOILERS for the film so please watch No Time To Die before you watch this review (or at least before you watch the 2nd half of the review).

I just saw the film twice and it was still wonderful, even a fitting end to Daniel Craig’s era of James Bond. I will miss him as bond so much. Can’t wait to see who the next bond will be in the future. I also do hope Craig has a excellent post Bond career.

I was shocked to learn in the credits, most of the VFX were done by none other than Lucasfilm’s Industrial Light & Magic.

I loved the "big moments" of the movie that make this one special. People crapped on OHMSS or LTK when they were released. Now those movies are fan fafourites. I guess NT2D will be talked about for years to come like the other milestones in the franchise. While I like the ending and the bold moves think you failed to mention "the other one" of those bold moves in your review,,I had some problems with other stuff. Saffin was great in the PTS, but he fell flat at the end. His motivations for his big plans are unclear to me. The movie lacks a big, unique action sequence like the tank chase, the boat chase from LTK, Little Nelly etc. or a unique stunt. But I do not mind that. It is just that the action was not special. The entire climax lacked some tension IMO. Bond invading the lair and shooting everyone down is too much like TND for me (which I hated BTW). But the frist two acts are great and all the emotional stuff and the focus on the characters were great. I need to see the movie more and let it sink in, but it will definitley end up in the upper quarter of my franchise ranking. As for Craigs movies I would curently rank them this way: CR, NT2D, Spectre, Skyfall, QOS. ... Your reviews are excellent and you obviously put a lot of work into them. They are more informative and more fun than the ones from the "big Bond reviewers" on youtube.

Thanks very much for the kind words. This video in particular took about a month to prepare for and then a number of days to edit.
