    One thing that's really great about this video is the warning arrows. When running on a treadmill turning in videos can be very dangerous if you are immersed in the scene. great job.

    This was the best for me, got my city and country fix. Loved the mural on the side of the building. So much to keep my interest as I’m running. Thanks for doing this run….

    What a wonderful way to explore far off places! Quebec City is indeed beautiful, I really enjoyed the architecture, an hour’s run just flew by… another superb run, thank you Dan!

    My first time with the oculus2 and treadmill. I am familiar with the city so wanted to give it a go. I walked at 2.5 and the feeling was good, although I hung on to the rails around turns. Thanks for the great experience. I hit subscribe and like.

      Thanks for the feedback, A M! I never thought to use a VR headset with these, that's pretty interesting. Did having the direction arrows help for the turns?

    • @DigitalCurator
      @DigitalCurator Před 2 lety

      @@StridesandSummits The scenery labels and direction arrows were perfect. I couldn’t believe how busy the trail is, lots of bikes, walkers and runners, which add to the run. Shooting in 360 would be a great enhancement.

    Great footage. Asking for like and subscribe 3 times in first 30 mins is unnecessary given that most users are on treadmills. Personal pet peeve.

    Hi, I am thinking about starting a running vlog myself. would you care to share how you edit the course track and the mileage? thanx a lot!

    • @StridesandSummits
      @StridesandSummits  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi Sebastian, go for it! The course track and distance indicators are added through the Garmin Virb Edit tool. I export these items as a transparent overlay, then add them to my videos in DaVinci Resolve. Hope that helps!
