One thing that's really great about this video is the warning arrows. When running on a treadmill turning in videos can be very dangerous if you are immersed in the scene. great job.
Super paysage diversifie bravo. Entraînement sur velo

I was planning to run for only half an hour today, but the scenery was so beautiful that I ended up running for the whole hour 😂 thanks for another great run!
This was the best for me, got my city and country fix. Loved the mural on the side of the building. So much to keep my interest as I’m running. Thanks for doing this run….
What a wonderful way to explore far off places! Quebec City is indeed beautiful, I really enjoyed the architecture, an hour’s run just flew by… another superb run, thank you Dan!
My first time with the oculus2 and treadmill. I am familiar with the city so wanted to give it a go. I walked at 2.5 and the feeling was good, although I hung on to the rails around turns. Thanks for the great experience. I hit subscribe and like.
Thanks for the feedback, A M! I never thought to use a VR headset with these, that's pretty interesting. Did having the direction arrows help for the turns?
@@StridesandSummits The scenery labels and direction arrows were perfect. I couldn’t believe how busy the trail is, lots of bikes, walkers and runners, which add to the run. Shooting in 360 would be a great enhancement.
Hi Sebastian, go for it! The course track and distance indicators are added through the Garmin Virb Edit tool. I export these items as a transparent overlay, then add them to my videos in DaVinci Resolve. Hope that helps!
Really enjoyed my treadmill run 🏃♀️ today, thank you 🙏

Thank you Harry! Glad you enjoyed it!
Love Quebec city , best of Ontario . Better than Toronto City or Vancouver .
Thanks J Cruizer! You do know Quebec City is in Quebec and not Ontario, though, right? 😉
Je vous remercie !
De rien MrKarpovy!
Great footage. Asking for like and subscribe 3 times in first 30 mins is unnecessary given that most users are on treadmills. Personal pet peeve.
maybe I should also try to break it down by km😇
👋👋👋👋👋
really nice place, tired to do the upsloping part, and is that a guy peeing on the castle wall around 40:22?
Yeah, wrong place wrong time 😂 I was wondering if anyone would catch that...
Hi, I am thinking about starting a running vlog myself. would you care to share how you edit the course track and the mileage? thanx a lot!
