- We can hardly believe that it's been 5 years already since we adopted our kids Penelope and Lincoln! We had no idea what was in store when we said yes and they had no idea what they were getting themselves into joining our family! And 5 years later, it's impossible to even dream about what life would be like without these two! It's had its ups and downs, to be sure, but it's been a beautiful journey and we are so, so incredibly grateful to call these two our children! Happy Adoption Day, Penny and Linky! We love you so much!
