The Most Unique Thing About "En Vogue" is that:

I totally agree. They're super sexy.

Yes this is when men were classy
One of the sexiest video EVER and the fact that all of them can sing.
Love how they are moving at the same pace, everyone is equal(no one's dress looks better than the others) , no one outshines the other. As it should be in a group.
Yep. I agree 💯
It’s also nice that the dresses look like they fit them and they can each move comfortably them. A lot of groups tend to have the clothes fit just one member, maybe two, and the rest have to wear uncomfortable clothing. Their dresses fit them all stunningly 🥰
Just puts me in that mood we all can’t resist and love singing to this song 🎤🎤🎤💗💗💗

30 years later this is still one of the greatest covers of a classic song ever! En Vogue were so classy, beautiful and talented. I miss the '90s era of R&B!
Music today sucks. En Vogue was pure class.
Their fitted gowns and heels with the black hair does it for me EVERY TIME! I’ve said millions of times before and I will again: NOBODY ON THIS EARTH CAN WEAR AND STRUT IN HEELS LIKE EN VOGUE! Best female group EVER

Right like I kept watching to capture each woman and it was unique yet still in sync😮💨🥰
This video was beautifully shot. The cameraman caught the essence of a woman her allure with not just sensuality but sophistication as well. The men's responses and the angles caught were artistic and brilliant......a timeless classic.
Yes, those angles and so much more.
You mean Stefan Würnitzer the director. The cameraman just follows the directors orders.
One thing about En Vogue, they have no lead singer, they equally shared the spotlight.
I was knee deep into metal, particularly thrash metal at the time of En Vogue, but this group crossed boundaries. They really were something special and they produced so many great songs. There really hasn't been anyone like them since.
Man oh man!!! This music was just the ISH at a whole other level!! Dawn Robinson was just IT with her vocals!! Terry Ellis, Dawn Robinson, Cindy Herron, and Maxine Jones, y'all WERE IT!! Wow!!
4 BLACK QUEENS had the whole club sweating 🤪🖤🧡😅
Didn't need autotune, these ladies were sexy and stylish without being vulgar.
😔😭
And they still got it, one member short now, saw them like a year ago, still know autotune and as classy beautiful as ever... 😁
Adding reverb was the thing then before autotune. And it's on Dawn's voice.
I’d like to see more artists today produce without auto tune.
yes, en vogue was the farthest away from vulgar a girl band can be
Having Dorian Harewood in this video is PRICELESS! Honoring the movie " Sparkle" with him and the beautiful ladies singing the song 💜🎶💜
Amen. This came out when I was 10 and I could always identify FACES (IDK everyone’s names until later)✅I didn’t see Sparkle til I was GROWN, so I thought this belonged to them. The day the truth dawned on me….😫😫#OMG #TheirSpin
I think everyone who is still here listening to these amazing women today, tomorrow and everyday, should take a moment to give the same praise to the band behind these women. These musicians and their talents were just as strong as the ladies, and played a huge part in their sucess. Their playing was so tight, the diva's wouldn't have been who they were without that fantastic sound behind them. They never seemed to get the recognition they deserved. So let's all give a SHOUT OUT now to the band! 💯🔥👋👋

I agree I'm so glad this was the music I grew up too. You don't hear this kind of talent anymore. I'm proud to have grown up to the R&B and Soul Era as well as when Hip Hop was at its finest. This new generation will never understand good music that doesn't involve turning women into unappreciated sex objects and is hard to find good Rap music. The women and men appreciated each other and treated them like Queens and Kings singing with raw emotion. Like you said without En Vogue there were no Monica, brandy, Deborah cox etc....
These girls were a musical institution on their own, they were like a juggernaut of talent and beauty all in one.
I like Arethas version however DAWN ROBINSON.... KILLED this along with the group.... she put so much emphasis on each lyric.... she delivered it like she was bout to give him something he can feel!!!!! CLASSY... love this!!!

So this song is obviously a banger, but this music video is honestly a piece of art. Well shot and choreographed. Highlighting all of the ladies and the man's reactions with perfection. The costumes, the hair.....very few videos shot today match this quality with all the money in the world.
