@@liferesetwithboni no problemi understand the POPIA act,I also work in HR as HR Administrator for huge company 😭😭😭 yoooh it's not nice and I am not happy with my pay, unfortunately I can't join union as well,so it either I take it or leave it.But HR Generalist, Clerk and Administrators are most exploited individuals in the HR Department and all the work get done by us.
I don't think race matters. I heard graduate trainee programs pay around that much. I was attending a youth indaba and one lady mentioned that after the graduate programs which run for about 2-3 years , the graduates don't want to apply for normal jobs because the pay is much smaller than what they were getting in the program.
