if the high and low ground exist.... why it doesn't apply to fog as well.... The fog works when there's a wall which make sense so if the low ground exist why are you able to see high ground? .... either is inconsistency or it doesn't exist
If the reason is that it didn't hit cuz it was the height difference. Why are you able to hit when you are in base ... hitting someone out of the base? since the base is on high ground....
There are many situations where the height difference doesn't work... just, because you find the anomaly doesn't mean that it's supposed to be right.

Nah it rakan isn't a braindead champ, instead even if he builds full tank he's still squishy and if he builds enchanter items he won't get too much value either, he's only use is to initiate then if his allies won't follow or won't have enough damage then they all die.
