- This is a sweet goodbye as I move on to the next chapter as a screen printer. I will go over what I do and don't like about this press and what you might need to be looking for when purchasing yourself a press.

We have been working for 35 years and have been able the work with a 4x6 . There are tricks to printing volume orders with two guys printing and one loading and one folding. We can run through 300 shirts an hour 4 colors .
The only auto I can think of that will fit through a 34 inch door is an M&R.
Absolutely agree! I have the 4x6 V1000 and I wish it had the gas shocks instead of the springs. Too many close calls on being whacked by a screen after raising it when loaded haha 🤣🤣
I didn't know that about the 1000. I forgot to mention that the 2000 has about 8 different height adjustment for the screen (with the gas struts). Just out of curiosity, can the 1000 be adjusted as well or is it fixed?
@@KevinAcker In the manual, it gives you the proper placement for the springs out of the 4 various holes. I tried a different hole in the beginning, but it made the screen recoil up instead of being locked down when printing.
Side clamps would come in handy for stacking high density, but for standard printing, the standard head on the V2K is outstanding.
When the time comes, If I part it out, I'll make you a good deal on a set. I know you could get some good use out of them
@@KevinAcker much appreciated my man, I’m running a 6 head now. Wish I had the space for your 10, I would have jumped on it, few more years maybe. 😂
Hello Kevin I like your information on your videos Thank you
Thank you, I appreciate the positive feedback. I learned A LOT from CZcams so I'm just trying to give back.
Alright Kevin its been a month! When ya gonna show us that new press?
I know I know, it will be here next Friday!!! I have been 100 miles an hour trying to relocate stuff for the auto and keep orders going out the door... Soon, very soon!!!
did you load the tshirt under the arm for big tshirts? trying to load 2x large tshirt under the platen looks hard because it will get caught on the bracket
I never had an issue with any shirt except toddler sizes and some youth xs. Which both were very very few times
Hey Kevin are you gonna go with the Anatol auto press?
That's a solid guess. It is one of the three that will fit in the space I have
Anatol Volt?
🔥🔥🔥
So are you getting automatic now or a 6 color like anatol thunder or kruser would cool or rlley 300 6 color 6 station
I'm getting an auto. Should be here in about 10-12 weeks
