Thank you for your wonderful vlogs I always watch them.
I have a question about lifting heavy.
When I lift heavy, I don’t feel the muscle working I feel the fatigue in muscle.
When I lift a little lighter I can feel the muscle really work but I can go for more reps than intended.
Is this normal? If not, could you please provide some insight on how to fix it.

@@xmafia4207 I know how you feel man, it’s like if I go heavy I’m unable to feel anything except fatigue and then I think maybe I’m going too heavy cuz I can’t feel the muscle. Kind of struggling to progress because of this
Hi i am not as experienced as saket but i think the problem is with heavy weight your form isn't accurate so the targeted muscle doesn't get as much fatigued during lifting and when u do light weight it is easy to maintain a good form.i would suggest going for a weight that isn't too low but isn't too high aswell and as you practice the exercise more increase the weight.happy training
@@sohammm1111 thanks for reply. I initially thought that as well so I recorded my sets to see the difference. I maintain good form and follow through with it but because the activity is so physically demanding I’m unable to focus on the feeling of the muscle. I’m not sure if I’m making sense but that’s what’s happening.
you first have to leave your ego at the door and lift light and build that mind muscle connection which your body needs then progressively overload weekly and posing after workouts really helps
