Bro, there is nothing special in goa, people will loot your money in the name of food and accommodation and then offer you various services there by again will loot you. Goa offers party vibe which you can get in any pub in your city

There is age limit in Hostel, check that before booking hostel. Generally age limit is 18 to 35
