Yes the Masters Tower will be the tallest tower in Cebu Business Park (CBP), it's a 39-storey tower and 192 meters above sea level.
In measuring and determining the height of a tower, it's not just about how many storeys there are or the number of floors, but knowing the total height itself in feet or meters. The Masters Tower Cebu, a P4-billion skyscraper by Cebu Landmasters Inc, a 39-story tower, and interestingly, it would top off at 192 metres above sea level. How is it possible for a 39-story tower to be almost 200 metres high? The answer is that each of the entire floor areas of this skyscraper can reach almost 5-meters high and some floors even reach 8-meters high, more than the typical or usual 3 meters of floor hight. This tower is pretty tall, maybe taller than the Horizon 101, the current tallest skyscraper in Cebu.
Admin, actually the Masters Tower is a 39-storey skyscraper, the 31 floors are for the 5-star Sofitel hotel guest rooms, grand ballroom, restaurant, lounges, commercial spaces, offices, etc., and the 8 floors are for mixed use. The 14th to 32nd floors will house Sofitel Cebu with 195 guest rooms.

Cebu has several 5 star hotels! Shangri la, Radisson Blu, Nu Star etc!
I thought iMasters Tower was going to be 39 stories rall and going to be the tallest building in the Business Park. It should be to make it a statement building that Cebu Land Master is BIG time in Cebu, but if the Tower is going to be short, then it won't be that impressive. I don't know why I'm disappointed by this news.

@elgadricchartoen4369 Thank you. The Masters Tower should make a big statement in how successful CLM, Inc. Is in the Central region and in Mindanao. I don't know if they have their footprint in Luzon yet.

Admin, please, your information is so OUTDATED. If you're truly from Cebu, you should already know that Fili Hotel at NUSTAR Resort and Casino is the first and only Filipino 5-star Luxury Hotel brand in the Philippines, opened last year (2023). And it's an authentic 5-star Luxury Hotel.
And FYI guys, the ultra-luxurious 6-star NUSTAR Hotel at NUSTAR Resort, the only 6-star Luxury hotel in the Philippines, will open this year, along with the water park, the glass-floor sky deck, and some famous luxury stores at the Mall-NUSTAR.
So that 5-star hotel at Masters Tower, which is the Sofitel, will not be the first 5-star luxury hotel in Cebu City. We also know there are many hotels in Cebu City that claim to be 5-star, and I don't want to name them here, just research them. And guys don't be confused; there are many 5-star luxury hotels and resorts in Cebu that are in different locations; most of them are in Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan Island, a few minutes away from Cebu City.
