Ingredients listed below:
3-4 Chicken Breasts
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Pepper
Salt
Cajun seasoning
Filling ingredients:
1 tbs olive oil
1/4 cup onion (diced)
1 tsp minced garlic
2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)
3 tbs butter
6 oz cream cheese (soften)
1/2 - 1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ranch seasoning
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Creamy Mushroom Sauce:
3 tbs butter
1/4 cup onion (diced)
1/2 - 1 cup Portobello Mushrooms
1 tsp minced garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbs cornstarch
Black pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cumin (to taste)
Splash of Paprika
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and Serve with rice pilaf or mashed potatoes!!!💋

Made this tonight and it was bomb. I only had thin sliced breast so I used two together and used the toothpicks to keep the filling inside. Sides were mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. My biggest critics are my 3 year old daughter and my 5 year old step daughter and their plates were cleaned and they asked for seconds. No questions about the sauce with mushrooms either. Top notch recipe. Keep doing ya thing!!

I made this tonight and omg!! My husband LOVED this dish. I put some homemade mashed potatoes and green beans with it and it was a bomb meal. I am so glad I came across your page.

Lawd!!!! 😩😩😩 This recipe was BOMB!!!! Omg!! Thank you for sharing!!! I added a lil goat cheese crumbles to my mixture as well and also some bacon bits! Baked it at 375 degrees in my Ninja air fryer for 25 minutes and it was soooooo delish. That sauce is everything! It really complimented the chicken breasts. YUMMY!!!

I also had extra spinach filling…… I added a little more spinach to it and it was a great dip for my sons snack the next day.
