Thank you for showing us your days, you seem to be very busy every day 😣 do you sometimes have time when you do nothing, physically and mentally? Please make sure to have enough sleep at night (I know how hard it is with hot and humid weather!) or nap on days off if you can. I am worried you become unwell 😢 I didn't know that way you did nails with the white part was called french style 😯 it's simple but is very elegant! May I ask how do the nail stones and other things hold on the nails? Do they have a glue or do they stick from the varnish? They look huge and I'm thinking how aren't they falling off 😮😅 The ice stick is huge, I thought it would not fit in the cup 😂 it is a very good idea to use these ice shapes, as you said, long to melt and perfect for drinks like when working or so, good advice taken 👍 If you can find them, it's better to have raw nuts (rather than grilled) as there would be more nutritious and even healthier, as some nutrition is lost during grilling. I find mine online as I buy them organic (organic taste so much better, they become addictive 😂). Good that what you have are not salted as well 👍 I pray that your issues and struggles will be lessened and that you gain more strength and resilience when facing them. At the end of the day, health and wellbeing is all what matter (problems come and go all the time), there is no good in worrying too much on problems... When you think about problems of the past, they are not a big deal anymore, no matter how much you were worried about them... It will be the same for your current struggles. I don't know if you believe in God (I do) and I always say to myself "do your best, God will do the rest!" as if you do your best in what you can reach, there is no need to worry on things where there is nothing you can do. Keep strong, rest well (you are stronger physically and mentally when rested!), ask for help/support when needed and take care of yourself! 😊💕 I see you in another video 😁
