The synology beestation seems like it would be harder to use than their more common diskstation line of products which are already very easy to setup. Trying to simplify further, will likely end up making things more complicated. for example, consider photoshop elements to photoshop CC. Photoshop elements is far more difficult to use as you effectively have to almost trick the application into doing what you want
I'm surprised no real coverage on Framework at CES. I so hope that Framework is able to have their ordering system setup so that when "tax free holiday" comes in some US states that we can order/invoice then...that is a significant savings on a $2K laptop (wanting the 16 w/ eGPU).
That Google laptop with the foldable screen looks interesting, but not at $5K! I'll stick with my old 15" screen Dell laptop for the time being. I could really use a larger screen, I might spring for something new in the near future.
I realize you are upset about DRM encryption but I don't think anyone should avoid or blame the makers of net gen receivers after all its the TV stations fault and not all TV channels are using encrypted software that's why I hope you can report on the new next Gen receivers.

Waiting to see new atsc TV receivers understand zenwell will have one with no Internet connection needed for incripted channels.
Won't be covering ATSC tuners this year. Unless I can test and verify that it works I'm not going to promote DRM enabled equipment.
