As the other commenter wrote, try an audiobook! But also, reach out to other genres you think you wouldn't like! When I get into slump, that always helps me. Recently I got into a bit of a slump, but I picked up the first book in the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson, a HEAVY fantasy with over 1,000 pages and I tore through it! Also, small books are your friend. I just got done with Small Things Like These by Claire Keegan(Jack talks about this book all the time), and it was so short and simple, but historical and with a lot of heart. 120 pages. Finished it in a day.

I also looked at the newly formed Wikipedia and found out what sub genres I liked, and then looked at the other bands listed in those same subgenres. It’s the best way to get to know new and classic artists curated to your exact taste!

If people were to look at the favorite authors of your favorite authors, they’d see many connections between them. Many of those writers are known for exploring big questions about existence and the human condition. Their works often get deep into human thoughts / behaviors, (not surprising since many of them are philosophers). Those authors also provide great insights into the historical and cultural contexts of their times, often critiquing social injustices and societal issues. Their storytelling styles influenced the development of the novel. Many of them even cite each other as their favorite authors 🤣. Assuming their favorite authors influenced the works you’ve read by your favorite authors, then this interconnectedness makes your list make a lot of sense as a coherent group of interests & shows you have a definite “type” IMO.
