- It’s a beautiful day in Iceland, and Chas is on the road with ultra-endurance racer extraordinaire Lael Wilcox for the Westfjords Way Challenge. This four-day gravel stage race pushes the body and nourishes the spirit of this ever-upbeat gravel legend. She’s riding Zipp 303 Firecrest wheels and just added Zipp Vuka Evo extension for the race. Lael explains her approach to balancing sleep with riding during an event and reveals the origin of her cycling obsession. Lael and Chas also take in Iceland’s stunning scenery and take the time for a waffle stop.

the language use of this younger generation is so sad: the up talking, (not knowing where emphasis should be); the use of like, like, every single, like, sentence. its, like, pathetic. the whole aestheitc is tryng waaay too hard to be cool. and theyre not -- not at all. and learn what commodification is; and economic exploitation...and then make your equipoment choices apprpriately, and not just be a money whore for these amoral bike companies. youre welcome.
