As he said, never ever go for fashion brand. I have been using Casio Enticer from last 5 years, people always ask me how expensive the watch this, like even if I remove and keep on table they take care of it. Only changed the battery once.
P.S.: It's a Rs 5,000 watch but looks like 10k+
Best Indian watch recommendation video i've seen on youtube.. Dil jeet liya bhai.. Class watches.. I have a Seiko Speedtimer in my collection.. A pro tip, if any one of your friend or relatives are going to Singapore then you get the cheapest watches over there.. I got the Speedtimer for under 40k.. Duro for 5k.. and some gshocks for a great price

I wanted a hamilton khaki, I was ordering it for $560 but with custom it was going for $ 650, so I chose the green dial , prospex baby alpinist. The only watch you will ever need. Its the GADA watch for 62K. I got that for 53K, I squeezed the damn saiko folks. Got a 72hr power reserve, and now its not available unless you go to Seiko's boutique store and that if you are lucky. So If I choose to sell it, my next watch will be the only hamilton khaki auto. I also tried the prx powermatic 80 auto, but that is readily available. My collection, Timex Waterbury automatic, New comoact Orient bambino 38mm, and finally prospex alpinist.

Fossil made best hybrid watch few years back .. i think they should have developed more hybrid watches. Today I cant find any good hybrid watches.
You are absolutely right about fashion lifestyle brand watches, i bought an Armani Xchange, it worked just fine for the first two years and then the datejust started faultering, i took it for servicing and found out that it had chinese machine inside, the date had to then be adjusted manually and now eventually the date mechanism is stuck.

Of course Casio edifice is a very good Japanese brand 's sports watch .I have Casio edifice Red bull edition bought in UAE &its 8 yrs old no any issue it lasts a long way .only we have to change it's battery when it's down . that's it ./
