- Finalized what I wanted to do for wheels on the Polo Coupe, and also decided to paint match the bumpers. Only a few weeks left until we drive it cross country to Helen, Georgia for Alpine Volks Fair!

you should check out solution finish black trim restorer. silicone free. basically OEM trims in a bottle!
Your builds are so inspiring
I really appreciate that, man! Thank you!!
Excited for the polo build
Thanks Tate!
Steve is next level, awesome to see him involved in this project.
Yea man, he’s super talented and I’m always stoked to work with him on projects. His or mine haha. Stoked to work with you, as well man!!
Yo! Another good trick to restore those trims is to get a heat gun and slightly heat the trims. it brings the oils to the surface again or something and you dont have to keep applying any products. I did it on my GU Patrol before I eventually colour coded them with the respray!
Those 14's do look mint man! Im excited to see how the collab with Rotiform comes out too! That paint detail on the bumpers will look good too! But man, that utility box truck was beautiful!
John, G40 bumpers came looking just like the CL bumpers, but with a red stripe. Style and Gensis bumpers came with the bottom painted. I have them on my G40 Squareback.
DUDE! Love that mini truckers are getting involved. I wanted to put a TGC sticker on my Minitruck when it comes out of paint, but I didn't know if that would be a thing! Im getting stoked on this build more and more!
lovin the videos! noticed youve gotten a lot more comfortable around/talking to the camera! cant wait for the podcast and polo build!!
Second. Great work dude!
Thanks Tim!
How do you enter to win this gem !! Always loved the detail you put into all the cars you touch.
Epic stuff as always! What’s the synth wave you’re playing lately? Your own or.... what is it? 🤔😛
John, if you're looking for a trim restorer take a look at solution finish. Or take a look at ScottHD youtube channel he does longevity tests pitting a bunch of brands against one another.
Not US federal approved plastic bumpers and 2 minutes later you see a truck with a 20lb vice mounted to the back. America, not the most logical of all places but a great place. :-D
We literally have everything on the road here 😂
🤩😍🤤🤗🤞
Heat @ low temp constant moving back and forth brings back up the oils in textured plastic. Don’t ever use crap besides heat to restore the texture plastics
