I love the teeny tiny King of Red Lions. I would be proud to call him my son and let him take a ride in my slightly-larger-but-still-small King of Red Lions.
The waves also look really nice, I want to eat them.
Imagine them collaborating. 🙌
The chocolatey version or the gummy bear version?
@@NorthoftheBorder I'm a nasty little freak that likes chocolate-covered gummy bears, but I was referring to the final gummy bear version with the frosted tips.
You guys are like brothers
Man, y'all guys are so cool. I wish someone would make some Twilight Princess stuff.
omg this build is insane, the waves turned out amazing! why do all crafting materials look so edible though, that sculpt-a-mold... forbidden whipped cream 🤤
@@jenathica8769 oh absolutely. I dont think I can be trusted around that stuff
It’s either whipped cream or potato salad. Trust me, you don’t want to get them mixed up. I know from experience.
NO DONT ITS NOT WORTH IT
Or forbidden mashed potatoes!
True
Tiny Link's deadpan face while looking at the giant approaching wave 14:05 is perfect hahaha.
Dude looks traumatized
“Awesome art to steal and pass off as my own idea” 😂 turned out awesome and beautiful
Something something "sincerest form of flattery",right?
This is one of your most complicated projects and turned out fantastic. Well done mate 👏 👍
Resin pours are always a good opportunity to be terrified.
Why is nobody commenting on this
*he has done more detailed sculptures*
hey i saw your comment on boyiel hobby time caught in 4K
We gotta agree on this comment
One of the best things about this channel is the personality that comes with it. 90% of other arts and craft channels generally just do music and text...which is fine but yeah. I love this guys's humor and method of explaining things.
"The Legend of Zelda: Wave Maker"
Exceptional build! Please keep up the awesome work!
I’m in my 40s and have been playing a lot of Zelda lately. Covid restrictions are helping with that. This is such a cool work of art. Thank you so much for creating it and sharing it with someone who can’t sculpt worth crap…but enjoys watching others do it well.
You are a champion.
Have a good day.
Me becoming excited about a guy I watch on CZcams using a kind of clay I haven’t seen him use.
This looks so awesome. It’s so fun getting to tag along on a creators journey with a new-ish art supply and technique
Edit: just a typo:)
I am so delighted that you and Studson Studios know each other because you are my two favourite crafty CZcamsrs *heart eyes*
Incredible resin wave, I'm amazed every time at what you come up with, and always with a casual "yeah, I just threw this together and BAM!" tone
Your dark humour and self-deprecating sarcasm notwithstanding, this channel is a lot more wholesome than it has any business being. Another outstanding piece of art and craftsmanship 👍🍻
This is absolutely gorgeous! I always love to see artists making their own version of an idea, that's when you can really focus on honing your technique and... oh my! It was lovely seeing so many of your skills coming together for this one. I can't wait to see what's next, though that one will definitely remain a favourite of mine! Cheers :)
That is an absolutely legendary idea!! Amazingly recreated as well!
One of the things I like about your content as you have a commentary by and your own style, you say whatever pops in your head and all the cutaways just make it perfect. Keep doing what you’re doing. I’m chuffed tah bits😂
Can we take a moment and appreciate that STELLAR and yet casual sail?
I have been so obsessed with your content lately. And I literally get so excited when you post. I am not sure if it’s because of the canadian accent or if its the jumping into things without planning that i so very much relate to. But keep doing what your doing i could literally watch an entire unclipped video of you sculpting and stuff 💕
I've been trying to find a real clay artist who doesn't use a 3D printing machine and i have finally found the one! There builds are so amazing the detail and efort put into these builds are astronomical! Good job
I think your stuff is so much better than a lot of other channels because you *don't* use a 3D printer, but sculpt everything by hand. It's way more impressive and fun to watch imo
As a Scottish woman, it really tickles my soul when you say "love it tae bits" HAHA! I absolutely love your channel to bits and have been watching through every one of your videos in the last couple of days and can't wait to see what else you create! Love and support from a wee lassie in Fife!
This looks SO AMAZING!!! I love all your builds but your first Wind Waker build is what brought me to your channel so seeing you do another Wind Waker build just makes my day!!
Something I really like about your videos is that for a lot of miniature/miniworld artists I follow you are a testament to excelling in a specific medium. Some of the things you do with clay absolutely blow me away. I would have never thought about making the sail out of clay. Incredible!
Good artists imitate, great artists steal, and even greater artist steal but also make a sculpture out of clay and resin.
⭐ This turned out so well! love it! ⭐
This is possibly my favorite sculpt yet! I'm terribly tempted to run out and buy supplies for my own, but I want to start with a smaller project, haha.
So, like.. this, but smaller?
@@NorthoftheBorder So, Like teeny tiny nerdy things?
@@rosynosyposy link would be one centimeter
Heck yeah Adam!! Those waves look AWESOME. Don't forget Wolf Link and Midna btw
Edit: congrats on growing your channel so much!
I love watching you make literally anything ever with resin. It’s so pleasing
You never cease to amaze, the microfiber technique to make the texture sails was so insane.
I think this is the least traumatized looking version of Link you've ever made! Great stuff!
Can already tell this will be a masterpiece
Edit: yep I was 100% correct great job Adam!
this video is so comfortable and good and i have very bad anxiety and i’ve watched this video like eight times this past week because i had non stop doctors appointments. tysm for all the calm zelda builds they make be feel so calm and safe. (not that your’re more recent stuff isn’t good, it is and i’ve watched it all. just a big fan of zelda and miniatures)
I'm convinced you've sold your soul to be able to sculpt such small figures so neatly 😂 love it!
I really liked the pulp fiction style of editing on this one. The model is truly amazing too!
This gives me the vibes of that one art project you randomly did on a whim that ended up as a masterpiece
I love anything Great Wave, all the recreations by artists using different mediums is endlessly inspiring . This is wonderful, the 3D really brings it to life. That little boat, too cute
I love the original piece, it's been my computer background for ages, and your rendition of it is awesome!
I already love the original artpiece, even if it's a pretty common one, I enjoy the style, so this was honestly awesome to see
How can you possibly be this talented?
Ya how i dont get it
I really love this painting man
Quick tip! Spray the surface of your resin pour with alcohol when it's still liquid and it pops any surface bubbles!
That original Japanese tsunami painting has sparked many projects. That looked complex, the foam was always going to be difficult. Enjoyed that thank you.
Birdy
Wait a second... I recognize that soup pot! Sainsburys - Taste the difference - butternut squash soup. (@2:30) You are definitely a well cultured man! I tip my hat to you
This is genuinely the coolest thing you have made so far, I know you didn’t originally come up with the idea but you brought to life in an incredible way
The things you produce just keep getting better and better. Wow!
This creator takes others ideas yet makes it in a way that is enjoyable and shows his unique artistry.
Great sculpt! The styles mix well, which makes sense, since so much of Zelda's art inspiration comes from Miyazaki films, which is in turn highly inspired by traditional Japanese art. ALSO! I loved your idea of partially hardening some clay with a blowtorch and then baking it fully in an oven. I'm working on a build now that presented me with an identical challenge (needed to make something in clay against something that couldn't be put in the oven). I ended up going with air dry clay, but I'm going to use your idea next time! Thanks!
Absolutely amazing! I love the great wave of kanagawa, and your version is awesome
That technique for the texture on the sail is incredible!
This one's a firm family favourite here. Just gorgeous!
The timing of me finding wind waker and just having genuine fun playing my favorite game of all time and finding this in my feed is really well done. I love the art style for wind waker immensely and you genuinely brought it to life. 2002 was a wonderful year for games with unique art styles and i hope you try to make a sly cooper piece as you could even use the levels as a background concept
Such a fun build! Watching this channel has cost me so much money in craft supplies though!! Haha now I have like 3 more materials to add to my crafting wishlist!
most likely my favorite project you've done yet, the wave looks fanominal
This is VERY COOL! I've always loved the original Great Wave print and you did a great model.
I'd love to see a miniature, legend of zelda, legend of the spirit tracks map made by you. Maybe big enough to use model railway lines if they get small enough. Its probably my favorite of the zelda games
I love the artwork so much and I also love your version of it. Keep up the good work!
The thing I think I'm most impressed by is the wood texture on the foam box. Like that looks like real wood :0
Every build we get closer to what I've been requesting for over 200 days, a Berserk themed build. Amazing work Adam.
This was glorious, great job 🙌
If you and Studson end up doing some sort of collab zelda art piece, well, then it'd be my turn to be chuffed tae bits.
Ooo! I love when you do Zelda themed projects! Once again an amazing job! If you are taking suggestions, maybe you could make the light spirits from twilight princess at some point? If that strikes your fancy, of course. Also, watching you has really inspired me to be creative again, I really appreciate it!!
This has got to be the most satisfying video on CZcams. Perhaps even on any media since the first cave paintings. I've made.....artsy craftsy things with resin before and now I want to do something like this, but I know better.
With North mentioning a bunch of other great crafters in this video makes me think that he might be doing a collab soon. It would be freaking awesome if he did!
As someone who sails, this gives me anxiety.
Stunning work. Just found your channel today and I’m not proud of how much I’ve binged it. Definitely tempting me to try and make the biblically accurate angel.
Smart that when he advertises the other channel and has a clip playing in the corner, it ends just before showing if the boat worked or not, making people more curious.
That monster clay was the most delicious thing that i've seen in my whole entire life
Art and Link?! Two of my favorite things!! Amazing job, Adam
"This doesn't just look good, it looks good enough." speaks to me on a personal level.
You really knocked that one out of the ball park! Kudos!!!
Just wanna say I love your tiny nerdy things, so thank YOU for sticking around :D
my goodness this is absolutely amazing. i love everything you make!
This is one of my faves and I love all your tiny nerdy things. Great job.
You always get me on my off days man, I loose track of so much time watching you. Thanks for the entertainment regardless.
Honesly , one of my favorite builds. Thank you Adam for being so awesome 🧡🧡
This is just absolutely gorgeous.
So was the Lazy Town reference.
Don’t sell yourself short, North! The King looks very nice. Good free-handing on the sail.
I really hope he kept this piece, it is just so beautiful and amazing looking!
Reminds me that there's a giant IKEA print of this standing in the corner of my bedroom still waiting to be assembled... 😅
Amazing! Always a pleasure to see you work and make tiny nerdy things!
This is so cool the waves are so good, and the team looks perfect!
Everything came out fantastic Amazing job, man
OMG, I love it and your sense of humor is delightful. 😀
Watching something from one of my favorite games come to life is so incredibly satisfying!
This is not only dope but dopeing, to see the big wave in 3d but even cooler to see link on the big wave
I love your videos and you inspired me to make clay sculptures.😀
It honestly looks pretty cool and i love how honest it was i mean it looks like its attacking the shark or something idk but still cool !!😊
Can I just say I love the fact that these nerd diorama crafters shout each other out. Like he shouted out Studson and Studson had shouted out other crafters. I think the unity between these CZcamsrs is so nice.
I’ve been binging your videos and this is my favorite thus far
Good God Adam, you sir are a MASTER OF YOUR CRAFT !
Bro, you blow my mind almost every single time I watch your videos.
YOU. ARE. AMAZING !!!!!
Thank you for the endless hours of entertainment and laughs.
I appreciate you buddy.
Stay safe and healthy my friend.
really awesome take on the Great 'Wave off Kanagawa. With your own touch with a Mini-Link!
amazing build + your time stamps titles are a treat :)
The time stamp titles are such a treat.
Amazing as usual! I love that you show how to make this without 3D printer. Not something everyone can just own. Great video!
I didn’t know what this was when I clicked on this, but boy did I leave satisfied and inspired. Thanks dude!
This is awesome! The wave looks so cool, and the tiny KoRL and Link are perfect.
Link looks surprisingly calm for someone who's about to be swallowed up by a wave. Great project.
I always love watching your stuff. Makes me wanna try clay stuff making stuff and stuff
You know what makes me happy? Adam both showed the original artist for more than a second in the video AND he linked to them at the top of the description. Thank you Adam, for properly crediting the artist. So many times online people repost art without even the slightest hints of crediting the original, but you both showed the original page for an ample amount of time AND gave them the first link in the description. As an artist myself, thank you for giving credit where credit is due to the original
And on top of it all, you made an incredible piece of art too. Let's all applaud Adam for being one of the best darn artists on this platform.
im on my period and am very emotional and when Adam said he made the boat before the waves I cried. like actually drenched my face in tears.
Truly truly hope CZcams and supporters line your pockets enough to afford that much resin.. good Lord had me heavy breathing. All that said Adam, thank you for the continued content as it provides inspiration and technique and motivation to begin learning to work with clay
Amazing, this is probably the best tiny nerdy thing you have made!
OK ok ok ok. I've had enough of watching this incredible work on tiktok and have subbed to your CZcams instead.
Love everything you do!
Love from the UK.
