if make up is done well, it will make a girl look better. if makeup is done essex style, with mismatching foundation colour, badly blended eyeshadow, big tacky false lashes, it makes a girl look worse
Someone can be naturally beautiful, and there are still a lot of girls who wear minimal makeup so they don't even look that different without it. Heavy makeup can be off putting.
