Nice house at first glance. Love the entrance and yard space. Don’t care much for the tile work inside. I’m not sure why developers don’t offer buyers a choice to choose there own finishings inside the house. They could charge more for the upgrades. It would be a win /win. I think they miss out on potential buyers when they have no choice but to purchase what is being offered.
The staging is a bit old-fashioned but the architecture is quite contemporary. Great space in and round as well. You’ll breathe well in this home. Love it!
At this prices Point, l expect to See modern light fixture or ceilings fan With Lights in the ceilings. But this Cheapskake builder stuck a naked light bulb in the ceilings!!!!!! Not impressed!!!!
I agree but I try to look at the bigger picture, just think its a 1/4 acre gated beautiful intimate community. I would buy and modernise to my taste and build into dream home as no home is perfect.

It seems that all new developments are being built with the living room as the first room as you enter... I think I’d prefer a kitchen walkthrough first and keep the living room as a zen space rather than all that foot traffic ... But nice house tour.. yes very traditional indeed ..

Oh wow really! When we went to visit, the sales representative told us these prices, but this was quite some time ago when we went. It seems as though they have now increased the prices. Thank you for letting me know.

We went to this development quite a few months ago, and these were the prices the sales rep told us at the time, but seems as though the prices may have now been increased.
When we visited the property which was a good few months ago, these were the prices we were told. It seems as though the prices have since been raised.
