This man of Delhi is Famous in india for its Unique Talent of making Bread Omlets . Khan Omlet's bread cheese omlet is very popular with the locals and the way he makes them is very interesting to watch ! Omlets are made in lots of butter and he also started to make it in olive oil for whom who avoid butter in street food !

When I go to India, I will have breakfast 3-5 times a day for a week to try most of these omelets. All the leftover goodness is absorbed with the toasts. Wonderful.
Of all the omelet stalls, this one is the most hygienic. As a tourist I would try it knowing that the porcelain god will be waiting for me.
