    Hello mam can we use gnrh agonist in female also ( as same as we use impeded androgen )because they also affect in synthesis of lh and fsh🤔🤔

      Yes abslutely, GnRH agonist have been used to treat endometriosis in females by suppressing hypothalamic pituitary gonadal axis & reducing the estrogen level.

    Mam 5 alpha reductase drug to dehydrotestisterone ko inhibit krega but testesterone to h effect ke less potent hi shi

      Testosterone appears to be the primary androgen receptor - activating hormone in the Wolffian duct ( which will form male reproductive system during embryogenesis) whereas dihydrotestosterone is the main androgenic hormone in the urogenital sinus ( which gives rise to urinary bladder, urethra and prostate gland during embryonic development ) , urogenital tubercle ( which develops into phallus) and hair follicles.
      Testosterone is therefore responsible primarily for the development of male primary sexual characteristics, whilst dihydrotestosterone is responsible for secondary male characteristics.
      So both of them are important for normal functioning.
