Speaking of KoRn, they are getting ready to go on a huge tour around the globe. It's been 30 years since their debut album came out in 1994. So original these guys are. A little dark for me, but they are incredible.
I remember that album I think. It had the crazy song TWIST on it I think it's called. Great album! I was a young dude hanging with my older bro and his friends listening to it. Korn, limp Bizkit, linkin Park, RATM, pearl Jam etc... then got my first guitar by age 12. The good days 🤙
The bands they are touring with are Gojira (I saw with Mastodon and Lorna Shore), and Spiritbox (Canadian post metal badasses I saw in Cleveland). Both are solid bands. It's an amazing lineup and I'll definitely be at a show this season.

Just listening to what ya said about them all the bands being different and nobody seems to copy each other etc. Brent from Shinedown was massive into punk and his dad got him into Otis reading which lead him to Percy sledge , Etta James and although he’s now living in the world of rock and roll. The animation is from Todd McFarlane, the creator of Spawn. It was a very distinctive art style, and it brought more attention to this album (and vise versa, I suppose. )
Okay, I have a few suggestions that are tangentially related to Korn and Limp Bizkit because these guys were part of the 1998 Family Values Tour with them: Rammstein. To hear the lead singer’s range and his improvement vocally, start with something like the 1996 Bizarre Festival performance of the song Rammstein, the Live Aus Berlin performance of Tier, then move on to the music video for Ohne Dich, the Madison Square Garden performances for Ich Tu Dir Weh, Bückstabü…written on the album as B********…and Frühling in Paris, then the music videos for Deutschland and Zeit. The singer also has his own project that was called just Lindemann when he was working with another musician, their partnership ended and now his project just goes by his name, Till Lindemann. The best songs, in my opinion, are Skills in Pills and Wer Weiß Das Schon under the name Lindemann and Ich Hasse Kinder, Alle Tage Ist Kein Sonntag, and Zunge under the name Till Lindemann, the last three all have music videos. Pretty much no Rammstein or Lindemann/Till Lindemann video on the official channels has subtitles, though, so I’d Google the lyrics or look up videos by educatedmarine or Bucksttabu. Richard, the lead guitarist, also has his solo project called Emigrate, and from them, I’d recommend both versions of You Are So Beautiful, Rainbow, and Babe, which were written for his two daughters, and Come Over, which he put on an album because his son liked it, Silent So Long featuring Jonathan Davis from Korn, Eat You Alive featuring Frank Dellé from Seeed, Freeze My Mind and You Can’t Run Away, and Let’s Go and Always On My Mind, both featuring Till Lindemann. (Actually, I recommend everything by Emigrate, I prefer it to the Lindemann side project despite Till being my favourite member of Rammstein. I’ve loved all of his new Zunge album, though.)
