Sor mujhe 3month se lower back me pain hai jo gradually increase huye jaa raha ..koi v Medicine ya physio homeo kaam ni aa raha..abhi kuchh din se pain aur badh gaya hai constant pain rehta hi hai aur ek jalan wala pain step wise knee ke thoda niche tak pohcha hai left me aur right me kamar se thoda niche tak rehts hai... sath me L5 ke dono side baht tez sharp pain hota hai to us time thighs kamjor lagta hai..
