@timothylhm it's not that you punish it with a tatsu (hurricane kick). The tatsu has some invisibility, meaning that, for a while, just after you start the hurricane kick, it wil be invinsible to all kinds of projectiles, including ultras and supers. There are other characters with moves that have that property like dudley, cody,ken, dhalsim, even hakan.
