The rally is not growing for other reasons than the expo center capacity. One being most of us don't appreciate adult nudity and lewd sex acts in the open public. Another being all the traffic caused by golf carts and 4-wheelers. Lastly, it is simply too HOT to host a rally in Texas this time of year.
