Appreciate the tutorial, but I think you would call that an offset shadow not an outline. I'm looking for a way to create an offset outline, like a cut path around a sticker that leaves a white border

I'm missing what to do when you come back to the colour layer and select (3.22 - 3.35 in the timeline - the music is a bit too loud) to get the screen showing the black and white with the blue outline. How do I get that?

This is not an offset. This is a shadow.
