I think we need a line of comics where Magnito goes back in time and replaces the adamantium with vibranium. Just as durable, it’s not toxic, less heavy and “bouncy” and whatever else vibranium does for the wakanda people. I’m sure marvel would find a way weakness somewhere in there.

@@haze4622 It's kind of hard to Kill Logan. Vibranium would in fact give him additional abilities. He would be able to soak up energy and heat weapons (to a degree) and unload that energy once he figures out how. He would ofcourse experience excrutiating pain everytime his skeleton gets heated up, and he would not be able to think rationally, but the funny thing is THAT IS EXACTLY WHO WOLVERINE IS. People forget one detail about him, his natural skeleton constantly tries to regrow, which causes him constant pain, which is why he loves to dull his senses with alcohol, and why he is always pissed. I have a comic from 1976 about how the origin of Wolverine. he was born in the early 1800s in Canada. Wolverine got his metal bones and claws from a Japanese mad scientist during WW2 and that mad scientist had a thing for all mutants and loved cutting them up and seeing what makes them tick. as for Wolverine being part of the Weapon X project for Canada he was a test subject for new super drugs that Canada was trying to make a new capt America super solder and it did the opponent on wolverine it drove him bat crazy and made him into a mindless animal that love to fight and kill. yes this is all in the comics from the late 70s. before all the change junk took place in the 90s and up.

1:13 what a love about Logan is the fact that if it wasn't for the adamantium laced onto his bones he would be able to be probably truly immortal The only reason you can't really consider him a mortal as he is is because his healing factors in constant use healing the adamantium leaching into his bloodstream so is healing factor is slightly nerfed but if he were to not have metal he could truly be unstoppable. I don't count that monstrosity that was noseless wolverine after magneto first ripped out amantium out that shit was just weird

no i think he is still ages very slowly, the adamantium just poisons him and makes his healing ability focus much of its power on haling him daily from its effects. Wolverine is an okay character (Im sure there will be backlash from this) He does have depth, etc but I dont see the hype. Its been there in the comics for a long time and perhaps it was his attitude that generated it. His powersets arent unique but its his personality that made him more interesting. Is he the best? not really, but he is one of the most interesting, and not your
typical' good guy hero. That might be why he is so well liked. He is more 'human' in his reactions than some other 'paper' heroes.

Logan's healing factor has a massive mental component that almost everyone ignores. Between Logan and Old Man Logan, that Logan literally as old as he feels.
If Logan gives up on living, his healing factor will get the message and allow Logan to go old and die. Though, that still takes a while.
Ironically, this means he is likely hardest to kill when he is at his most hedonistic, when he feels like he is the life of the party. Basically, when he is focuses on booze, smoking, and women.

  • @Hy-Brasil
    @Hy-Brasil Před 2 hodinami

Bob Hoskins was one of my favorite actors as a kid.... LOVED him Roger Rabbit, loved him in Mermaids, Hook and everything else he was in because he was Bob Freakin Hoskins. He was like... Danny Devito but better. Devito always played mealy mouthed rodents who wined all the time or were bullies. Hoskins had his moments when he wasnt the good guy, and yet even when he was the good guy he was sort of the anti-hero. Never the right guy, as Laura said in DP&W... But he did the right thing.
Actually Eddie Valient is a pretty good humanesque Wolverine... fighting his demons, trying to drown them in a bottle. just existing because he couldn't do himself.
    Then along comes this rabbit....
BUT I don't think he would have had the chops for the part. literally. not sure he could have worn that style and still been taken seriously. not sure he could have beefed up for it either. and lord, how old was he when they considered casting him? Because he was already an older guy when he did Roger Rabbit. and an X-men movie back then?
actually no.... Batman, came out around that time so... sure. Loved me some Michael Keaton Batman. they did a good job on those two movies. Probably would have done the X-men justice..
But i'm gonna be selfish and just say Nah, Hugh Jackman owns this character lock stock and barrel.
I could very nearly be won over by Henry Cavil but.... i dunno. That's still asking a lot.
anyway, it's funny how everyone is trying to kill Wolverine but they can't do it until Logan (i know i know, he dies in all those comic universes. but doesn't he still always come back? FROM A SINGLE DROP OF BLOOD???)
So last night i finally broke down and watched Logan. i had been avoiding it because... no :( how could they??
but Deadpool and Wolverine convinced me to finally give in. Glad I did. it was pretty good.
But one thing keeps coming back to me, and after this video it just seals it.. And that is my belief that X-24 survived.
    hear me out.
Yes. there is some twisted little part of me that believes Weapon 24 came back because you don't just kill Wolverine by blowing his head off. He has been incinerated by atomic bombs for crying out loud. He had molten adamantium fused to his skull. And then there's that single drop of blood.
So yes. X-24 came back to life after the fight and just started the whole "Berserker with Amnesia" storyline all over again. He woke up in the woods alone and wandered the wilderness of Canada until he stumbles onto this gang of orphaned mutants who eventually adopt him and teach him how to be awesome like his predecessor. Cue the Revenge arc when he returns to Alkali to clean house.
See? If Marvel can do it, so can i.
All that business about anchor beings and trimming timelines was just weak and silly. but whatever. i still loved it. And the movies are just eye candy anyway. If Hugh Jackman wasn't in them I wouldn't have bothered - maybe.. i didn't know who he was when i sat down to watch it for the first time. Wolvie was always my favorite character in the comics - next to Beast, Rogue and Gambit. But he did a pretty fantastic job.
Just hate to think of it as over, but IF it's over, it had a better send off with Deadpool.
But yeah.... i do have super hero fatigue. it just took a lot longer to get there with X-men.
