No boy or girl at the age of 18 should ever be considered as a grown adult!
Most young adults do not mentally, emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually mature until their late 20s to mid 30s!

Right, but I feel like it also depends on how one is raised, If I raise my child to be mature, and not live life carelessly, then they will, of course they're going to want to have their fun, but If you explain to them how to have fun and be cautious, then show them what will happen If they don't, I feel like you can call your 18 or 21 yr old an adult, most of these young people don't have someone to really show them the right way, an that's why we see all that we see today!!!
