Pushing through it is awesome advice! I get anxious at times but I push through it and pray about it as well. I think if you give into fear/ anxiety it just keeps getting bigger and bigger and much more difficult to manage. As you were getting ready to leave, I thought about your phone.
So true! Praying about it is so so helpful! And I have to do a “phone check” now when I leave the house 🤣

I enjoy eggnog during the Christmas season. 😋😋 I'm glad that you are pushing through the anxiety. I used to struggle so badly with anxiety while driving. Sadly I didn't get any help and over time it turned into a phobia. It all started after I got into a car accident. I have gotten professional help and it's been a life changer for me. I'm doing a lot better now. Praise God 🙌 🙏 I had to learn to ask God to give me more faith. I was not trusting God to watch over me while driving.
That’s such a good reminder though! Anxiety happens when we aren’t fully trusting God… it’s a good heart check that I need to do more often🙏🏻❤️

Lemon, water, collagen and I had some organic Irish Sea moss (that’s gone now so I only do the lemon water and collagen)!

I'm not an eggnog fan, though my brother loves it and gives me grief about not liking it 😄 I prefer southern boiled custard.

I used to be able to find Holiday Custard in stores with the eggnog, but everyone seems to have stopped selling it. So now I make it myself.
