I'm really impressed with these detectives and the work of all the agencies involved. I love watching trials where they've done their homework and are ready to present the evidence. It makes the bad ones stand out.

The more I watch the trial the more it seems she did know what happened to Jennifer. He needed someone to pick him up from where he abandoned her car. She was part of the planning to dispose of Jennifer, but he was the one that did the actually murder. She knows she lied to the police and I think that is why she was crying when listening to the interview. Just my opinion, which changes with the testimony. I started out thinking she was innocent, but now it is not looking good for her.
Where he abanded his car. He had a truck waiting. He borrowed his worker's truck and drove it back and forth to New Canaan where she lived. She was at home answering his cell phone that he left behind to make it look like it was in the conference room. Wait to you here about his worker's truck and the blood soak seat he had to replace
She would have to be awfully STUPID to not know what was going on. She’s also suddenly lost the ability to speak English, & needs an interpreter, which I find suspect, as well.

I thought Fotis set her up to take the fall and she was mostly ignorant (before the trial started). Now I believe she actively helped Fotis and knew she was covering up a crime. I definitely believe she conspired to cover up a murder.

Any individual who native language is not English has a right to an interpreter so they can understand more fluently without having word translation confusion. Here no one can judge or call out a person whose native language is not English.

Thank you for covering .... Michelle Troconis is NO wounded bird here! She is playing the innocent "I don't know" "I didn't do anything with this" ... and on & on. She was totally in love w/ Fotis, been w/ him since 2017. She was very, very angry at Jennifer for making her having to leave the Dulos family home on the weekends when the Dulos kids had supervised visitation w/ Fotis. She said her life was a nightmare ever since she moved in w/ Fotis. MT believed ALL of the lies that Fotis told her about Jennifer and her supposed mental issues and that Jennifer was a dangerous person and wants to hurt MT & Fotis! MT is an intelligent woman however, pretty ignorant to the true and dangerous man that Fotis is. He is a cheater, liar, unfaithful, devious, manipulative narcissistic sociopath!~

She should have entered a plea bargaining agreement during pre-trial phase and not took advantage of Fotis unaliveness and calm her or Defense Lawyer arroganceness.
At this trial stage relative to evidence presented, she will likely be held guilty beyond reasonable doubt for the crime of "Tampering of Evidence", as her participation is now heavily established by Prosecution evidentiary offerings. As to other charges, it will surely make the Jury deliberate extensively and she may or may not be guilty.
As damning the evidence of her and Fotis having a dumpsters joy ride throwing bloodied items plus them in a car wash footage afterwards. She cannot invoke zero knowledge. By legal principle she knew or ought to know what are those items Fotis and she was throwing at different locations. It partakes a nature of series of events that by human nature and common sense she knew what it was. Simple.
Moreover, her other defense of the need of a Translator which she invoke to be of lackingmrelative to her consitutional right to due process during her DI interogations is so flawed. She may be a non- native English speaker, but it does not mean she cannot comprehend and speak American English proficiently base on her education, numbe of years in the States, her job experiences and intelligemce. It may backfire, Prosecution may impeach her claim by presenting the Fotis Real Estate Firm Website, where she was described as social media and marketing expert in charge of sales support and promotions, and she is posing proudly in that glowing website picture with those said expertise she accordingly have, written all in english.
Lesson learn: Don't destroy or help to wreck a family and marriahe when you prioritize your self interest. As for her case, she thought Fotis was a flamboyant millionaire and real estate hot shot, in fact he leech on JD family's wealth and her squated the marital home. Women empowerment does not mean hurting your fellow women for your own materialistic gain. Tsk!

Who knows, maybe just one final act of injustice towards her stripping her of her clothing Fotis is sick and twisted and for her to plot with him and allow it is beyond me. I have another concept. I think Dulos cut her clothes off as he did not want the clothes to jam up the chipper. I think he decided to put her body in a chipper. Likely when he changed his mind about putting her in that ore-made hole. Who has a chipper ? He would have had to freeze her body, to make it easier to get cut up. That is my intuition and it is why she has not been found. Did they look in the water ?
Fotis had a construction business. Detectives need to look into any new construction that was being done by Fotis around that time.
Clothing can be caught up in the blades so taken off because of the Forestry mulcher.

Are you alleging she was framed? She followed him around to dump stuff that police later discovered and was verified by DNA to be items belonging to Jennifer. She is definitely an accessory. She covered for him and made it impossible to locate Jennifer's remains. Perhaps Dulos k ew police had too much evidence and she or his lawyer friend would have eventually snitched on him. So he took himself out.
Sadly, all their money can never replace Jennifer. Tragic.

The truth will set you free! Well, not really free b/c you still have to do time but it will free your guilty conscious in the long run. Also, when you date someone & find out that he/she was married when they dated their current spouse, you are only the next victim in line. Some people just live in a bubble regardless how intelligent they are. Her family continues to attest to her good, moral character but the evidence speaks volumes. Today we are blessed to have a means to find out the truth about others with advanced technology. Do your homework before you commit. Really do your homework! It's out there.

The more I watch the more I think she wasn’t aware of what Fotis was doing and she was a girlfriend that got dragged into this situation. The police interview IMO shows a woman that didn’t know what was happening. She seemed genuine. I started out thinking she was guilty. But I’ll keep watching the evidence.

No, she has a right to exercise her right to constitutional rights. She has no legal obligation to talk to detectives.

Clearly, the interview feels like he is accusing her rather than interrogating her. What my husband throws out nor what I throw out even in front of each other we don't know. if something is brownish in the garbage my mind would not even go to blood as the substance. This lady seems to be with the wrong man, unfortunately. unless they have direct evidence this seems to go to the Jury for emotional conviction. any member who has been cheated or if their loved ones cheated is going to see her as an evil woman who did wrong. we are all humans at the end of the day.
