Billiard is not a hobby for us, it is our community. Many thanks for all subscribers!

This system/theory has been around for me since the early 60's.

Do you know the owner? First time we saw from Daniel Sanchez.

@ If I had to venture a somewhat educated guess, I would say from the late 19th Century to early 20th century. This is simple division of an existing angle between 2 points and paralleling it.

Thanks for the video examples. I wonder if Sanchez also uses a mirror system when there is a more difficult shot where you 1st cut off B2 into the 1st rail. Could use the B2 ghost ball center to the mirror of the B3 rail 3 hit point as the line to find the midpoint and aim that point at the corner and then shift. Then cut the CB into the 1st rail target. Will send you an image FYI.

Hi Rick. I don't know what Daniel Sanchez thinks for your idea, your idea at first glance seems valid. The only concern I would have is, that carom from B2 must be very accurate and also the contact induced spin on the cue ball will jeopardize the pre-requisite of effetless playing. There, in my very personal idea, yes possible, but we have to consider some additional effects.
Thank you for sharing this valuable idea. I have with this an additional checkpoint.
      @cemal, what is your opinion?

@@Ersin_Dogan Yes I agree the shot can be misses with slight aim error. Setting up on my home table and make it as well. Did not test limits.
      BUT:
In simulator, for a cut shot near 1/8 full, center ball CB hit, I get 350RPM vector magnitude at the rail hit (includes RPM change due to cut)
Speed at 1st rail=2.54mph, CB hit speed 4.1mph
RPM (vector magnitude includes both side and horizontal spin, dont have a way to report components)
If the cut B2 is removed and same line shot made I get 402 RPM no cut (no loss since not cutting)
Speed at 1st rail= 2.89 (since no loss since not cutting)
Results in cut vs not cut in a change on short 2nd rail hit of 4.8 (10s of diamond) no cut vs5.9 with cut (shorter)
      5.9-4.8=1.1 (10s of diamond at 14”)
Then I tried + - aim error +-0.05” at ghost ball to see where miss starts, like you said a small cut error will result in a miss.
This is about a 1st rail change of 2 10ths of a diamond per delta of 0.1" aim at the B2.
Of course with different cut angles the change in CB RPM will change as well a speed at the rails. Clearly speed sensitive as well.

On my table using 1/2 ball cut vs 1/8th, I had to aim the cut about 2 10th diamonds up the long rail to compensate for the larger cut.

Uuuu. Very interesting results. Nice 👍 and accurate. Thanks.

I have Shooterspool installed, but the stats you get out of VP is stunning. I wished these programs would have a batch mode, where one could define a bunch of parameter sets and the program delivers the results.
Once I have tried to program my own physics engine for billiards, but ended up with running out of time and overflow of ideas. Also I saw that the more I make these theoretical stuff, the kess I am at the table and make real progress. On the other hand, these theory makes it possible to judge the real probabilities of shot alternatives.
Anyhow, since I don't have the batch option, simulation has also the downside that i have only single results, where I can't calculate real probabilities.
