[4K] Exercise Cobra Warrior gets under way! | RAF Waddington

This video features all of the morning's launches from the first day of Exercise Cobra Warrior at RAF Waddington (06/03/2023). Exercise Cobra Warrior is the largest air exercise run by the Royal Air Force. It involves multiple nations' air forces (in this case, USA, Indian, Belgium, Finland, Saudi Arabia) collaborating together alongside the RAF in a series of "high intensity, large force, tactical warfighting operation" according to the Royal Air Forces' website.
This video also features a Royal Saudi Air Force C-130H departure that was unable to take place last week due to leaking fluids when it taxiied. It was nice to see something large hold at D1 holding point prior to departing. The RSAF are involved in the exercise with six Eurofighter Typhoons at RAF Coningsby.
This was also the first day since the participating aircraft arrived, that Waddington had been active on Runway 20, rather than Runway 02. This allowed for some fantastic head on shots of the aircraft taxiing up to the runway as well as some close-up landing shots.

watching this on my 65inch tv OLED from my apple mac Studio is fab wicked close up shots well detailed in dim light cloudy weather thats very good Aviation highlights im defo going to visit waddington some time do some filming make it a mini holiday B&B somewhere near there

Yes, the WAVE is definitely the best place I think! It’s certainly the most popular. There’s a free carpark and a burger van!
