Oh my goodness, watching you from North Carolina, USA and Peyman, anytime you and your wife would like to have me over for dinner, I would LOVE to come. That is now the way we cook in the States, but that is the LOVE of my palate. I love Mediterranean/Middle Eastern foods. It is my favorite above all others. You and your beautiful wife prepared such a lovely selection of the most appealing foods I've ever seen. You are wonderful hosts!
