The ego is nothing, however, it can be strong - how do you turn that off, Janet? I know doing these lessons I'm certain will help yet sometimes I feel like a walking prayer book to keep my mind from that negative ego! Yes, do not dwell on it I agree yet it seems to be an ongoing task. LOVE the thought of how much we are loved and cared for. This alone helps!! Thank you very much for today's lesson!!!
The only way I know of to quiet the ego voice is as I say - the same way to get to Carnegie Hall- Practice Practice Practice. I don’t mean to minimize this but it is indeed the repetition that has helped me the most 💕
I definitely want this journey to be the last one I need to take. I will practice a new morning message that I am loved, instead of my fearful thoughts of will Grampy will be ok this day. Thank you. I loved the Oscar reference. I remember Sally Fields delivering that speech.
