Mirembe Brendah to be honest, you’ve to do content that the Ugandan audience loves otherwise it will take you years to grow it. Atleast from my experience
I do not agree that you have to do content that Ugandans love. One youtube is World-wide. Am currently not in Uganda but am watching your content, Mirembe I also have a CZcams channel I have been active since last year, I wasn't getting any new subbies but since last month I just got noticed. At the moment am almost 2k subbies my most viewed video is over 70k. So long as you enjoy what you do keep going gal and make sure you watch other YBs doing the same content as you and see how they do it.
It's on CZcams . Find more English/ different audience who may be interested in exercising.

I’ve seen your channel, just be consistent with 1 topic and post long videos atleast 8 mins
Give examples of those channels that make millions coz the cpm here is really low, I doubt whether there is any that make millions lol
They may not make up to 10M a month but I know a few who could make up to 4M a month

When you hit the minimum requirements, then you can start to monetize your videos

Start with your phone. It’s difficult to tell, coz good cameras are pricey. Buy a camera when CZcams starts to pay you, but if you’ve the resources, then go for it.
