  • Custom AMTuned/Tweetler intercooled intake manifold. Dual massive heat exchangers. Custom coolant tank. Pierburg CWA400 electric pump. Please do not but up these pumps for a small 3/4” hose setup!!! Pump inlet/Outlet is 1.5” and it will overpower and over pressurize small heat exchanger systems.

    So is that for the turbo itself or the charge air? If it's the turbo, then I understand why you would want a pump to keep spinning after the car is off, but why would you need it to do that for the charge air?

      It helps with heat-soak after shutdown. For example, if you stop to fill your gas tank at a station, the intake manifold would pull all the heat from the engine and become the same temperature and also transfer it to the intercooler inside the manifold. With the pump running at minimal speed, if prevents this for shorter stops.
