We found out how to print the file. It was a formatting issue. There's a special key that you have to activate to allow the printer to recognize the file and print. The key is hidden in the PDF file, hard to find. I had to get a computer engineer to help me.

Not able to print the exercises. Pages come out blank even though printer has plenty of ink. Not able to buy the hard copy book. It must be formatted a different way.

The cello sound is really strange for an acoustic instrument. Are you using a piezo microphone?
Are you furthermore using greenscreen? The optics are a little bit strange too. Maybe it is all a problem of the software you used…
